While is Bali, we had to extend one more night in Ubud and we chose this hotel because there was a family room. However, when we checked in at about lunch time, we couldn't find any food. There was no food service available!! So we ordered mobile application food delivery service Grab to get something to eat. No waters, coffee, tea in the room. No in room phone line and wifi was very weak. The location was a little deserted and there were not many restaurants, kiosks around. It took about 15 min by car to the center of Ubud. The worst part was that there was a big group who had a pool party with a very LOUD music whole night. We couldn't rest and got very stressed because the room was right in front of the pool. When I talked to the desk that we would like some quietness and asked how to bring this concern to the person in charge, nobody seemed to be in charge of this hotel. The man simply said the staff went home!! He was the only on onsite that night and had no idea about our concern. The security guard at the gate. I felt then very unsafe. Obiviously this hotel is kind of a private resident without management and give one room away for a walk im guest. You cannot expect the solution from the management if you come across some problem. It was a terrible night and I don't quite recommend this place.
