Great facilities and location however my mattress was infested with bedbugs. I showed the management small dots of blood on my sheets and bites on my legs that were incredibly red (not like a mosquito) after I woke up in the morning. I even sent them a website which gave detailed information about bedbugs, and I explained they can be brought in by backpackers/other guests, as I've experienced these exact kind of bites while travelling before. Unfortunately they didn't seem receptive to me and tried to claim the bugs in Bali are 'different', and just changed my sheets and added a soft mattress topper (which will do exactly nothing about the bedbugs that live in the mattress). When there was small dots of blood on my sheet and more bites the next day, I informed them again that it was bed bugs and they changed my sheets again and seemed to think a $10 free breakfast (which they would not let me swap for my $10 bill at the bar) made up for an infested, unhygienic mattress and receiving itchy, sore bites - all when I was paying $170 per night. After sending a 2nd formal complaint email, they offered to change one of the mattresses (it was two single beds on a double bed base) which again, would not address the bedbug issue in any way. They did not offer to change my room, offer me a refund for my remaining night or even to put me up in a different hotel for the last day. I slept my last night on the single mattress on top of a double bed base which was not what I paid for with my room but better than more bites I guess. Unfortunately due to how difficult it was to address the issue and the lack of customer service policies, I cannot recommend this accommodation and will not be staying here again. FYI I speak fluent Indonesian and communicated everhthing extremely clearly, it just wasn't dealt with well.
