J'adore absolument ce complexe ! Mon ami et moi avons eu la villa avec piscine privée qui était magnifique. Le lit était très confortable et la salle de bain est équipée d'une immense baignoire avec une vue imprenable sur la jungle ! C'est très calme et paisible mais non loin des principales attractions d'Ubud avec des navettes et des taxis disponibles quand nous en avions besoin. Le personnel est de 10/10, très serviable et sympathique, l'un d'entre eux nous a même aidé à apprendre à faire du scooter ! Nous avons également eu droit au massage et au soin du visage les plus étonnants au spa, sans aucun doute le meilleur massage que nous ayons eu ici à Bali. Je reviendrai certainement !!!

We were here for our anniversary and they treat us like royals. From the minute we arrived in the parking (there is a small hill to walk from the parking to the front desk since is located in a valley) we were greed by 2 people who took care of our luggage and brought us to the reception, give us refreshments and provide our stay info. The room was amazing! Exactly as described, super clean and thy even prepare our bed for the anniversary. We stayed there for 5 nights, enjoyed the floating breakfast, massage and everything was amazing. Yes, it’s a small walk up to the parking but trust me it’s all worthy

We had a terrible experience. We arrived on New Years Eve to discover there is no bar here. That was not advertised anywhere. Our private villa with pool was not private at all. The footpath runs along the pool so anyone can walk past and see and hear everything. You could even see inside the bathroom from this footpath. We were told we had to pre-book our meals the day before. And I was recovering from an injury and wasn't told there are hundreds of steps you need to navigate to get everywhere in this property. Which set my recovery back by days.We were so disappointed we had to leave and book somewhere far better nearby that we normally stay at. The manager told us they would organise a refund for us but then after we applied for it when we got home they refused. We are regular visitors to the area and only stayed here as we like to spread our custom around to different properties. But, we would never choose to stay here again or ever recommend it. There are lots of more fabulous properties with better facilities nearby that you should try.

During our trip to Bali we stayed in three different Villas in total and this was our second villa. Our arrival was fine and the staff happily helped us with our bags from the car park to the entrance which was a rather long walk and all up hill. Once we checked in and got to the room everything started to go wrong. First we walked in and noticed the horrendous smell coming from the bathroom, we mentioned it to the lady showing us around and she said to keep the fan on and we did. The smell just got worse throughout our stay and no amount of air freshener or fans being on changed it. Secondly the pillow cases on the bed were dirty, we asked for them to be changed and they were, but later when getting into bed we noticed the sheets were all stained, this made us very uncomfortable. Thirdly the toilet was dirty and the toilet seat was broken, whenever we sat on the seat it would fall one way or another, the back of the seat would constantly be on our back, we are both slender individuals and weight wasn't the issue. We called them about this and they said they would fix it but never did. On our first night the power went out three times, every time the power went out the fan stopped working, making the smell spread throughout the room, we both felt so ill and had to sit out by the pool to stop from throwing up. The pool which was meant to be private was open and accessible to the people in the room above, the people also hung their dirty, wet laundry on the balcony which meant the water dropped on our door step and all over the floor next to our pool. The pool was never cleaned, felt slimy and disgusting when we got in and also had a bad smell. The TV stopped working a number of times and I had to call up to have the battery changed in the remote twice as the first time they just wriggled the battery around even though I told them I've been doing that for three days already. But the worst thing by far was the on site Restaurant or "Resto". On our first night we decided to go for dinner there, we should have sensed something was wrong when there was no one else around. Unlike the other Villas we stayed at, no one greeted us we had to walk to the counter and ask to be seated, the staff member seemed annoyed and put out. She seated us and gave us our menus and then gave us the most disgusting yellow looking water, we asked if it was from a bottle, she said it was but it smelled so bad we thought best not to drink it. Then the food arrived and I can only describe it as utter slop. I had rice and a curry my partner had a steak. The steak was hard as rocks, the steak sauce was ketchup smeared over the plate. My chicken was undercooked, the rice incredibly salty and the curry just tasted like water. Neither of us could get more than a few bites down. Not once did the staff ask us about the food, as was common everywhere else we stayed, she actively avoided eye contact and stayed hidden behind the counter. That night we were both insanely si

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 4 notti. Appena arrivati la struttura sembra da favola, con ville immerse nella giungla. Il personale è, come in tutta l’indonesia, disponibilissimo e super gentile. Ci sono però alcune cose della struttura che bisogna sapere, perché, almeno per noi, hanno condizionato la qualità del soggiorno. Purtroppo nel bagno della camera abbiamo sempre avuto forte odore di fognatura che non è stato possibile risolvere. Avevamo prenotato una villa con piscina privata dove però non batteva mai il sole e non essendo riscaldata è risultata praticamente inutilizzabile. La camera poi era di un’umidità spaventosa, e il condizionatore solo di aria fredda non ha aiutato a risolvere il problema. La struttura è abbastanza distante da ubud (almeno 20 minuti).
