Hôtel pas mal pour le prix avec déjeuner compris Les chambre avec balcon sont sympa L architecture est très contemporaine, c est design vraiment très jolie La piscine sur le toit est agréable pour les fin de journée après les visite par contre il manque des transat et parasol pour l ombre Très bien placé à côté de la plage accessible facilement à pied Beaucoup de magasin et restaurant juste autour Petit déjeuner en buffet avec beaucoup de choix ainsi q une eggs station Le personnel est jeune et manque un peu de professionnalisme

À notre arrivée, il faisait nuit et lorsque nous voulions appuyer sur la carte pour entrer dans la chambre, elle ne voulait pas s'ouvrir, jusqu'à ce que finalement je descende 2 fois pour demander à vérifier pourquoi la carte ne pouvait pas être utilisée, puis l'employé est monté à l'étage pour ouvrir la porte avec une carte et il s'est avéré que la machine d'accès à la porte était cassée et a donc dû appeler un technicien pour la réparation. Pour l'instant les autres sont ok, seul le matelas est déçu car le son est gênant & il y a 1 panneau lumineux qui ne s'allume pas, donc si vous voulez vous endormir il faut choisir entre l'obscurité totale ou la lumière avec des lumières vives (allumées ma chambre au 4ème étage). Nous ne recevons qu'une seule boisson gratuite lors de l'enregistrement, mais aucun problème. QT.

The best experiences I have in Artotel Sanur. The hotel staff top notch and 100% friendly. Room is super spacious and super clean. The food is so clean and set up is so fantastic. The restaurant food is super good that the staff will attend to all your needs. This kind of service rare to find. Politeness is built in all Indonesian. Walking distance to all the eateries, massage and Icon Mall. Not over crowded location. Peace and serenity.

Beautiful art pieces in the lobby. Room was clean. Everyone was really friendly and approachable. Location is great for me, quiet and far from the city. Breakfast was decent and sufficient. The pool is great! Great experience overall. Will visit again.
