First, the welcome drink you received was not Fanta, but a refreshing lemon squash made by our butler team, which is a signature drink we offer to our guests. We aim to provide a unique and local touch. If it tasted like Fanta to you and you didn’t enjoy it, we’re sorry, but perhaps it’s just not to your particular taste—many guests seem to appreciate it. Regarding the condition of the villa, we take cleanliness and maintenance very seriously, and we are always working to ensure that all areas are well-kept and up to standard. We understand that different guests have different expectations, and we’re sorry that the quality of construction and furnishings didn’t meet yours. We do pride ourselves on offering value for money, and we regularly receive positive feedback about the comfort and style of the property. We’re also sorry to hear that the towels, linens, and shower water weren’t up to your expectations, and we will address these issues with our team immediately to ensure everything is functioning as it should. As for the Wi-Fi, we are currently working on improving the connection in certain areas of the property, and we appreciate your patience as we make those upgrades. We appreciate the positive comments regarding the location and the friendly service, and we’re glad you enjoyed those aspects of your stay. However, we do want to clarify that many guests find the villas to be a great value, especially considering the level of privacy, space, and location in Canggu. We understand that everyone's preferences are different, and we regret that the beds didn’t provide the comfort you were hoping for. We’ll certainly review the mattresses and work on finding a better solution for future stays. As for the cleanliness issues you mentioned, we take these seriously and will investigate to ensure the villa is properly maintained. We do strive to provide a welcoming, clean environment for all our guests, and we regret that you didn’t experience that during your stay. Regarding the unfortunate discovery under the couch cushions, that is certainly not the standard we aim for, and we’ll be reviewing our cleaning procedures to ensure that nothing like this happens again. We do understand that, for some families, the layout may not work perfectly. However, many guests have appreciated the unique design of the villas, which offers privacy and space, though we realize it may not be ideal for everyone, particularly with young children.
