We booked a 5-night stay at Imani Suites but unfortunately ended up staying only 1 night due to a disappointing experience. We reserved a deluxe suite but did not receive the room we booked. Exhausted from a long flight, we decided to let it slide and rest for a few hours. When we woke up from our nap, we realized the AC wasn’t working properly we were sweating and very uncomfortable. We contacted the front desk, and to their credit, the staff was kind and moved us to another room. The new room was spacious, but the issues continued water wasn't working, the room was too dark, there was no mirror, and the overall ambiance didn't feel cozy or like a proper hotel. It lacked the comfort and vibe we expected, Because of this, my boyfriend and I decided to move to Kuta the very next day. We paid for 5 nights and stayed only one, yet received no refund from Imani Suites. To make matters worse, the hotel is under major renovation, each floor was being worked on, which we were not informed about during check-in. While checking out, we noticed another couple also complaining Overall, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL It was a very disappointing experience.
