Même si l'hôtel paraît petit de face, quand on y entre, il est grand. La salle est vraiment grande. Propre... le petit déjeuner est correct et complet. Le service est rapide et convivial. L'air du matin ici est vraiment agréable.

Nous sommes restés 4 nuits au Wana Karsa. Les lieux sont propres et spacieux, comme sur les photos. Personnel très serviable et gentil. L’hôtel est très bien placé à Ubud. Service de Landry, belle piscine, bon petits déjeuners! Top

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Close proximity to what monkey forest, waterfall, spring temple etc.The rooms were comfortable and spotless. Beautiful pool. The Spa was very affordable so we took advantage of Balanise massage and a facial.

the staff are extremely helpful. they cater our needs even in the midnight. the cons: this hotel doesnt have fridge hence we keep asking the staff to keep our food in their kitchen and asked to bring cold water, no water kettle and water in the room. we stayed 6 nights in 2 different rooms. both are comfy. but the bungalow doesnt have closet / hanger to keep our clothes. not many choices for the breakfast. but overall it was a good stay.

Stayed 3 nights, only because we didn't want the hassle of getting a refund and looking for a new accomodation for just 2 nights. What still got it a 3 star rating was that the service was excellent. The lack of maintenance is showing in the rooms. The shower was useless because of the low water pressure; so was the exhaust fan and it kept the bathroom stuffy for hours. The breakfast was a check in the box. All in all low value for the money charged and some hygiene conditions missing.

Our stay at Wana Karsa was so wonderful that we chose to stay an extra night. For the price, the room was incredible. It was so spacious with the most beautiful balcony. Breakfast was included and was delicious and the staff brought it to our room which was such a nice special touch! Could even request to have a floating breakfast if you wanted. All staff members in the lobby were so happy to help with any requests we had. The location is so amazing - literally next door to the monkey forest and loads of places to eat and drink. The towels and hand soap smelt SO amazing. Our only criticism was that the towels and mattress protector had stains on but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Clean and quiet, with very helpful staff. The place could do with some basic improvements - my bathroom had a slight drain smell that clung to the room in general, so I had to keep the room doors open quite a bit. Could also do with some more pegs and hooks to hand towels etc near the shower area. Overall the place was nice with basic breakfast available. Location was good, coz great coffee available right across the street.
