first thing that they haven’t mentioned while booking is they will take 500000 IDR as security money from you and will refund when you checkout so please keep in mind as this charged me a transaction fee from my card. Second the service was not upto the mark like sometime i have to call twice to get my bottle fill with water.

Comfortable, propre et agréable

Aeera Villa était la villa idéale pour séjourner ! Il est idéalement situé à proximité de 2 supérettes et de nombreux restaurants et cafés à proximité sont accessibles à pied. Ils ont également organisé la location de scooters pour nous, ce qui nous a permis d'explorer encore plus les environs de Canggu ! Nous avons réussi à aller et venir au club finlandais et au festival de la plage de l'Atlas, les deux nous ont pris 15 minutes pour y arriver. Le personnel était très serviable et facilement joignable via WhatsApp. La sélection du petit-déjeuner était normale et n'était pas mauvaise. Nous avons opté pour un petit-déjeuner flottant, moyennant des frais supplémentaires. Nous avons également opté pour une décoration de baignoire avec des fleurs fraîches le lendemain, et avons pu préciser également l'heure à laquelle nous souhaitons que cela soit fait. Les deux étages disposent d'une télévision intelligente avec Netflix. La connexion WiFi était rapide et stable. Il existe également un haut-parleur Alexa qui vous permet d'activer vocalement certaines fonctions dans la pièce. Très cool! Aeera Villa fait face à une grande rizière, c'est donc vraiment thérapeutique et curatif d'être là ! Nous reviendrons certainement à la villa Aeera !

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏

Le service était bon, bon petit déjeuner buffet au matin 7-11am. Chambres propres, bon WiFi. Distance de marche facile et service de taxi cher. Je recommande pour un prix bon marché. Contrôle rapide au service, personnel très aimable et utile.

Il est très bon prix avec un personnel très utile et amiable. Très propre et localisation est fantastique. Beaucoup de boutiques et de restaurants à proximité. Je resterai là encore pour sûr. Il est aussi calme parce qu'il est de la route principale.

My best friend of 20 years and I recently went on our first ever girls trip (we are now both 40) and booked our first 3 nights at Sun Island Hotel and Spa Legian. Upon arrival we were both delighted with the architecture and presentation of the hotel, both clean and modern, yet still authentically Bali and traditional. Check in was a breeze, and every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and helpful, but genuinely cheerful. It says a lot about a place when ALL the staff are that happy all the time! Particular mention goes to the Restaurant manager who welcomed us warmly by name every morning with the most beautiful smile and upmost of care. We stayed on the ground floor in a twin share room, which was spotlessly clean, with fantastic aircon. It had a small balcony big enough for one person to stand on to vape, and the absence of any cigarette smoke on the premises was a DELIGHT. The pool areas (there are 2) are truly spectacular! We stayed away from the rooftop as we are both sun sensitive and it is better suited to sun worshippers working on their tan. The 4th floor pool bar suited us perfectly, with plenty of shaded areas for relaxing on sun lounges. Yes, the decking is in need of maintenance, but from what I understand works are set to replace the decking starting June. I can't wait to return to see the upgrade. Although the pool bars were not permanently staffed throughout our stay, a quick call using the bar phone, had whatever we required delivered quickly to us with no issue at all. It was actually such a luxury to have that pool area to ourselves most of the time. The view from the 4th floor Infinity pool is pretty special, and I thoroughly enjoyed living my best mermaid life splashing about. Breakfast every morning was basic, but delicious, consisting of fresh cooked eggs to order, alongside a buffet of noodles, rice, fruit and pastries. Food service was consistently great every morning. At the end of our 3 night stay we were both so sad to leave as the location of the hotel is absolutey PERFECT. Close enough to be walking distance to all the action and nightlife, we felt completely safe at all times, yet far enough away to be silent of a night time when we needed to sleep (in super comfy beds mind you). After a hiccup at our next hotel within a couple of hours of arriving,that we both couldn't look past, we made the decision to check out and return to Sun Island. To our delight, not only were we welcomed back with literal open arms, we were offered the same rate we had been paying (was an early bird rate when we booked and this was now a weekend) but put straight back into our freshly cleaned original room. Above and beyond doesn't even come close to the service we received. A small issue with the aircon was attended to as soon as we made mention of it and the remainder of our stay just felt like home. We both can't WAIT to return to Sun Island Legian on our next Bali adventure!

Quiet, safe and clean. Refurbished and feeling good. Pools are amazing. Staff are friendly, competent and eager to help. Right on the beach. Having been a frequent visitor over the years I am very happy with the incredible improvements over the last years. It just keeps getting better. If you want to relax and recharge, this hotel is superb. Get a tan, workout in exercise room overlooking beach, or treat yourself to a professional treatment at the Spa. It is close to the centre of Lovina (walking distance) but far enough so you dont hear music pumping in the early hours. I have been coming to Bali and Lovina for 30 years and my choice for a reasonably priced and well appointed hotel is Sunari.
