I had a truly wonderful stay at novotel lampung. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations.the ambience was modern yet cozy,making it a perfect place ro relax either for business or leisure.

酒店地理位置很好，娛樂設施完備，早餐也不錯。唯一美中不足就是隔音比較差，睡眠不好的建議選城市景觀的高層房間。

Liburan di lampung kemaren sangat menyenangkan karena selain bisa wisata ke berbagai tempat kami menginap di hotel novotel. Tempat nya tidak jauh dari kota dan dari tempat wisata yang kami tuju. Pelayanan nya ramah, makanannya enak dan kamar nya bersih. Next time kami akan akan kembali menginap disini.

I booked by phone and I happened to be celebrating our wedding anniversary, when checking in was assisted by Ms. Fitri, the receptionist arrived at the room a few minutes later, Ms. Fitri delivered a cake and congratulated us on our anniversary, very good service for us. and we didn't choose the wrong hotel because the facilities and service were very good.

booked 4 rooms and got myself a really dirty room, with stains every where in the pillow covers even a shoe mark in one of them.. complaining few times for nothing, one of the person in charge for the front desk even promised to clean all the rooms I booked and changed all the bed sheets and pillow covers etc but came back at night for nothing, have to wait until they changed everything.. did a complain again only for being treated as a 5 years old girl by the person in charge for the front desk.. so disappointing..
