« Le petit déjeuner buffet était tout à fait bon avec les choix à choisir. Le porridge de poulet était bon et les gâtons aussi. Les choix décents. La chambre était belle, sauf avec air con goutte d'eau et humide le sol pour la chambre 1010. Voir tranquille et agréable. Le personnel était gentil et tenté de répondre aux besoins. »

IIzyan AliLa nourriture est belle, le lit est étonnant. La chambre et la vue sont excellentes. Les agents de relations d'invités ont pris le kilomètre supplémentaire pour célébrer mon anniversaire et je suis si reconnaissant pour tt. Etonnant et grand séjour et je choisirai certainement Hilton Bandung à nouveau! La salle de bains de bains est ensuite plus propre, car elle est jaune.

Refreshment drinks at the hotel lobby is always delicious.
Rooms are clean and comfy. First time seeing a bolster at a hotel.
Toilet is clean (but the walls is partially translucent 😅)
Location is good. Walking distance to cafes and shops in Braga. Tourist location is quite a distance but acceptable with a good Supir.
There are lots of selection for breakfast.

KKhairulrUn hôtel ami des enfants! Mon fils a aimé voir les animaux dans la petite ferme, et la chambre d'hôtel était spacieuse. Certainement une grande choix pour les familles. Plus, l'atmosphère confortable était parfaite pour le temps froid de Bandung!

IInvitéLa connexion Wi-Fi n'est pas bonne et ne fait que 5 minutes que même le technicien est venu visiter.
La connexion est hors d'usage et pas vraiment comme 4 étoiles.
Et le parking lot, il n'est pas facile d'entrer et de sortir et son espace est limité surtout pour la saison haute, quand vous êtes en, et vous ne sortira pas comme aucun parking laissé haha.
Globalement, son bon hôtel pour le séjour.

AAriaI booked for 2 nights and arrived around 4 PM. The check in process was smooth.
After that i took a nap and woke up at 6 PMby the noise of people chatting from the room besides me. Turns out it was their TV noise and clearly heard in my room. I straigth up called the front office and waited, no one came. 5 mins later i called again and no one came.
I stormed out to the front office because clearly no one cares met with the security. Instead of apologizing he said that he just about to checked. I was really upset and only after that they aware and tried to handled my situation.
Finally after long discourse i moved to another room and promised to be moved to bigger room the next day since that night it was a full booked night.
Moved to the new room, but it was a twin bed room merged into one (i reluctantly agreed, because my wife already said ok).
Next day moved to bigger room, i believe it was the suite found out in the morning that the sheet was no clean (picture 1). To top it off, the room accoustic was as bad as normal room. I stayed in the furthest room of the corridor, but they open the corridor window and let the road noise got in the building. I woke up by the noise of parking attendant whistle (the loud one).
Their suite has bathtub, but the hot water only warm. So when you want to take a long relaxing bath, the water became cold really quickly. My wife was asking for a shower cap, again i had to called twice to get it. Their service was really slow. I was too tired to complaint again, so better just pack my things and checked out from the hotel.
If you looking a place to relax and get a good rest, find another hotel.

DDaniEffectivement la chambre est propre, l'endroit est proche de partout, c'est juste dommage que la télé ne s'allume pas, un morceau de serviette déchiré a été remis au client de l'hôtel 😑
