Avis : Hotel Pesona Ciwidey

It’s an awful experience staying there! They gave me a room that has no hot water and the key isn’t working well. I requested changing room because in my booking it says there is garden view, they told me they can’t change it. I asked for refund, they said they can’t do refund neither! It’s wasting time of communication with them.  And the second nice the change me a room to 3rd floor, it was better, but at night they have power off!🥲 it’s location is bad too, there’s no view outside, if you expect to see some Mountain View, not possible! It’s a noisy street two sides! Their service people apparently are not professional trained! They would clean up your next door at 6am! That you can’t even get good rest there! And the price of the hotel is twice times higher that a good hotel in the center! I just think with that price, their room and service shouldn’t be so bad like that! It’s just very disappointing.

Good and friendly service. Would like to recommend to my family members and my friends.

Nyaman... Untuk pelayanannya jg ramah dan helpful banget.. Selain tangga ada liftnya... Kolam renang jg bagus

Pas nginep lg libur long weekend yg akses ke ciwidey padat merayap bgt waktu itu jadi pas sampe hotel udh mlm sekitar jam8an disaat kondisi lg gerimis pula & pas check-in ternyata udh full jadi dpt kamar dipojok atas yg type lantai kamar kayu bambu gitu,agak susah aja naik turun dr lt.2 karna lg bawa koper huhuuu..

Seronok.. Tapi kalau ada kipas lagi best.. Sebab waktu siang agak panas. Dan peti ais kalau boleh sediakan

Pelayanannya sangat baik,tapi fasilitas hotelnya kurang baik

lokasi strategis dr kulineran, pemandangan nya udh ky hotel bintang 5 🤏🏻

Semua bagus hanya saja penyediaan handuk yg sangat penting untuk kita menginap justru tidak tersedia di kamar dan datang ke malaman

Fasilitas nyaman, Ramah anak

Suasana nyaman, tetapi tertera Hot Water ternyata tidak ada😌
