Nous avons réservé une chambre pour l'hébergement familial avec des enfants, après avoir vérifié l'horrible mauvaise odeur dans le couloir du sol et dans la chambre intérieure. Lorsque nous nous plaignions, nous avons reçu une réponse en ne pulvérisant que des fraises et nous avons demandé d'ouvrir les portes de fenêtres fpr un moment. Lorsque j'ai appelé la personne de réception pour résoudre mon problème, il a suggéré une autre chambre qui a aussi la même mauvaise odeur à l'intérieur de la chambre. Excellent vue grande localité pour rester dans le banglore petit déjeuner était étonnant personnel était excellent aidé me avec un check-in précoce serait surelt visite la prochaine fois que je visite à banglore M. rosch m'a aidé à check-out précoce malgré les réservations sont pleines très les chambres de personnel utiles sont très propres ... Si vous sortiez de la maison garder la salle de l'ur après le jour fatigué vous sentez comme chez vous de retourner et de dormir et personne ne vous appelle pour les départs précoces vraiment heureux de visiter de nouveau

Par où dois-je commencer... juste un séjour de cauchemar.....

- Personnel sympathique et sympathique; mais appeler '1' était un peu inefficace...
- Le petit déjeuner est bon avec une équipe géniale travaillant dans le restaurant.
Inconvénients :
- très mal entretenu !
- Wifi - j'ai dû appeler une personne 3 fois pour connecter avec succès mes 3 appareils... mauvaise connexion - constamment allumé et éteint... 21e siècle... assez important...
- L'iPad Lenovo dans la pièce (voulait vérifier le menu) était éteint... ” gifle au visage ”... et la personne chargée de la maintenance n'a pas réussi à le brancher et à charger... a imprimé un menu malodorant...
- Les lumières étaient allumées et éteintes tout le temps. Toutes les 15-30 minutes... en raison de coupures de courant... donc mon appel en vidéoconférence était amusant avec moi disparaissant dans le noir tout le temps...
- Le courant alternatif était allumé et éteint tout le temps soudainement même sans coupure de courant....
- je me suis réveillé à 4 heures du matin car les lumières se sont soudainement allumées avec Ac ensemble... je n'ai pas pu dormir après ça...
- Je n'ai pas réussi à obtenir des excuses appropriées...
- manque évident de ***agement ici....
Littéralement l'un des pires séjours que j'aie jamais eu... je me sens si dangereux avec la situation de l'électricité... qu'en est-il du court-circuit??? Feu???? On dirait une maison hantée super dangereuse ...... je me sentais
Comme je suis dans la production vidéo de farce... je ne reviendrai jamais et je ne le recommanderais à personne...

From booking to checkin the process was smooth and organised. Even the stay was comfortable, staff always made sure of it by supporting in the additional requirements. The rooms were well maintained and clean. One minor problem is that the breakfast is not a buffet spread but quantity wise it was good enough for one person to start a tiresomeday. Taste and packaging was also decent as it was a packed brekfast.

CChrissy GWould definitely highly recommend this hotel to any traveller. The location next to the mall is perfect with ample shopping and lots of food shops to try. The hotel is beautifully kept with attention to detail at every level of service and cleanliness. Staff are super helpful and very friendly willing to accommodate your every need. The hotel is also equipped with day spa which is the perfect end to your holiday. The architecture design of this building is incredible so gorgeous to see during the day and even more impressive at night. Keep the great level of service up would definitely book again if visiting India again

IInvitéThough it is labeled as a 3-star or a budget hotel, I would classify this more as a basic boutique with a cool concept. One that is specially designed for Digital nomads and business travelers. Certainly a refreshing break from the typical designs of the classic Business hotels in this neighborhood. And at the phenomenally low price I paid for this(given this great location!), it was a steal. LOCATION: Excellent location in the heart of the business district and a stone’s throw away from the iconic G***DA MALL. DINE + DRINK: Though they advertise a Room service menu, they dont have a bar or restaurant on site. But you are close to tons of cool restaurants, bars, and cafes. ROOM: We stayed in Room G-101, so this review is based on that; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; VIEW: No Great view, and a bit claustrophobic as this is on the ground floor and blocked by trees and buildings around making it feel dark all the time! ; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Decent quality toiletries by the hotel’s branding FACILITIES: No Gym or pool on site. But they have ***y recreational facilities like Table tennis, Foosball, etc. And also has a great Co-working space and conference areas in a beautifully designed Rooftop area. Great for Workaction and digital nomads! SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel at home and well taken care of. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Wi-Fi that works well all over the property, and the speed is a bit slow(~ 20 Mbps) Small Smart TV that is connected to all sorts of apps for streaming and great to keep yourself entertained!

It's cosy and I felt at home.
Restaurant staff are always ready to serve.
They prepared for me my simple meal of chapattis and veggies. It was delicious.
Also the room service staff and the reception staff were excellent in their service.

IInvitéAthulia Residence is a modern hotel with a good location. It looked clean, my room was nice and spacious. One thing that I particularly liked was the mattress, I slept like a baby, and you can see that someone has invested a lot of money so that the hotel looks like a tip-top. However, the staff are pure disappointment, I don't know if this is their first job, but zero stars. First, when I arrived, I was presented with an A4 form that I had to fill out. Usually at any hotel they take a copy of your passport and fill it out. Second, because I liked the hotel, I decided to stay another night, The staff chased me to pay the bill without even looking at the fact that I paid the bill online. Third, when I checked out, instead of helping me with luggage, taxi, etc. they told me to ”stay here” so he could check my room. It's obvious that they never worked at the hotel. Fourth, I don't know how it happened, but last night there was no hot water and the Wi-Fi didn't work. Maybe it was just one hour, I don't know, but for 370 yuans, it's just not worth it. Overall, this hotel is not worth the money.

The services was excellent I must say , from front office to the restaurant and ends at House keeping everyone is so well trained, courteous and well behaved. Priya as a captain of the cafe has a well command and she knows exactly what a customer wants . Always smiling and provided a great services👍 . The front office uys were excellent specially Saiksth , Madhu and Nikki all three of them has taken a initiative to make me comfortable as much possible, from the checkout till I boarded into my car, all smilling faces has really made my day . Atlast but not the least Housekeeping guys are so awesome to take names like Amit and the night shift guy were so courteous and well mannered soft spoken guys , they have really taken a good care of me whenever I needed the service. IInvitéL'Holiday Inn Express Whitefield est situé dans la ville de Whitefield, à environ 35 km de l'aéroport international de Kempegowda. Mes séjours antérieurs à Bangalore ont été tous autour de la région de Marathalli et pour une raison, tous les hôtels dans ce quartier étaient beaucoup plus élevés cette semaine, donc j'ai décidé de donner un essai à cet hôtel. La chambre était très petite avec la zone de vanité juste près du lit. L'hôtel est un Holiday Inn Express, dispose de petit déjeuner complimentaire pour tous les invités. Le menu était en grande partie fixe pour la plupart des jours (pas beaucoup de variation). Je n'étais pas trop enthousiaste sur le goût de quelques articles indiens sans goût (difficile de faire!!). Il est très bon de trouver Uber le matin et le soir. Les chambres sont très petites et l'espace est très étroit. Le hotel est très bien situé dans le quartier de Marathalli, et le Holiday Inn Express est très bon, et j'ai séjourné une semaine plus en mai.
