Its a great hotel, I always prefer to stay in 4Points by Sheraton if its in the area I am travelling to. FPBS at Whitefield has great staff & are very comforting, they gave us an upgrade free of cost & even provided early checkin and late check out. thanks so much for the cooperation!! 💐✅

設備乾淨衞生，但吹風機有點老，感覺都燒焦了。 另外房間隔音也不是很好，很容易聽到走道上的聲音.

Samina , dipali, Aashish, thanks alot to all these guys for making our breakfast morning more ch.............eerful nd enjoyable. Food was awesome. Service was very prompt...................... Satya and rakhi took care of our dinner with prompt service and the food was really made the way we love. Hats off the the kitchen team too.

Whole hotel staff is Amazing specially the folks during breakfast. They take good care of your likings, disliking when it comes to food and always eager to serve you better. Special shout out to Rakhi! See you all next time

From the moment I arrived I was greeted by some of the friendliest most welcoming staff Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. Ravi at the bar the mixmaster of cocktails, Rakhi from the restaurant offering food and advice on places to visit. The drivers who were adept at navigating the busy streets of Bangalore . The manager checking in to make sure I was comfortable. Spent 4 weeks here and it was as close to home as I could get away from home, Safe , comfortable and everything I needed was looked after.

People behave and serve really great here. They are flexible with your ask and try to fill all your request. Food is good but can be better. Spread also can be good. Thank you Satyabrata, Samina, Rakhi, Gaurav and Ashish
