The hotel was beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms. It was even better than expected. There were great restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again. The room rates are reasonable, too. The staff also polite and very helpful. Srinivas from lobby team guided and helped us during our stay at Hilton.

A refreshing and extremely pleasant visit: The Hilton BANGALORE, Embassy Golflinks is located at a quiet and serene place. The check in was quick and easy with pleasant and courteous staff. The room was spacious, extremely clean and comfortable with separate living and sleeping area. The living and dining room had comfortable sofas with a kitchenette, a washing machine and a separate washroom. The bedroom had a very comfortable king size bed. The attached bathroom was spacious with a bathtub and a separate shower area. Two wardrobes ensured adequate space for storage of belongings. Both the living and bedroom had a nice view of the golf course and greenery. The in room dining menu had good options of both Indian and international cuisine. The cuisine that was opted and served was delicious. The buffet breakfast was splendid with elaborate with delicious dishes. I must compliment Mr Manish Singh , Assistant Restaurant Manager and his team for their hospitality and professionalism. Mr Shivendu Kumar, reservation executive was very helpful and merits mention for his commitment in providing timely updates. The check out was very quick. A wonderful experience and I highly recommend this Hotel! I would rate this experience 4.9 out of five.

I used to stay here regularly before the pandemic and got a chance to stay here again for 11 nights after so many years. Initially, it was named DoubleTree by Hilton and now it has become Hilton. Even with the name/status change, the service has remained top-notch, and the facilities in the hotel are still extraordinary. The interior and exterior of the hotel largely remain unchanged. The rooms are also the same. The check-in on 19th Aug was very smooth. I got the room and the view I had asked for. Being a Hilton Honors Silver member, I got an upgrade as I had expected. Although I was hoping for a room status upgrade as the stay was long, only the room view was upgraded from pool view to golf view. It was also comfortable and the same as it was many years back. I have to give it to the management that they have maintained the hotel nicely for so many years! They had kept some chocolates and fruits in the room for us. Even though the room was comfortable, there were a few missing points that I had highlighted to the management during my stay. - Closing the bathroom door was very tight. They did repair it once, but it was of no use. - Being a 5-star hotel, the TV reception and picture quality of the channels were standard. I was hoping to catch on some OTT shows but the TV doesn't support it. Which was a let down in my opinion. - The plug sockets in almost all the rooms do not have a strong grip. I particularly faced this with every plug point in my room to charge my phone or laptop. They should update their plug points sooner or later. The complete breakfast staff team was very helpful and greeted nicely in the morning. I'd especially like to thank Ayesha from the F&B team who looked after us every morning with breakfast and made sure we got what we needed in time. The breakfast options, I have to admit were repeated almost daily with minor changes but that's what you get when you stay in the same hotel for 11 nights I guess. The food that we ordered in the room was also very tasty. One of my favorites, their Caesar's salad was still the best option for me to have after a hectic day at work. The housekeeping staff was very efficient and cleaned the room daily without any issues. I used their gym almost every day. It is a well-equipped gym with all the latest machines and weights one could ask for. The pool area is well-lit at night and is a peaceful place to sit and relax for some time. All in all, since it is the only decent hotel in EGL which is within walking distance from the offices, I would definitely prefer it again over any other hotel in the vicinity.

The hotel is very good and facilities are very comfortable. The staff is incredibly nice and I really felt at home. The restaurant is very good, with lots of variety and the staff is incredibly nice. Definitely recommend and I’m very grateful for my stay here.

I had the pleasure of staying at this Hilton for six months, and I can confidently say that it felt like a home away from home. The hotel itself is well-maintained, with excellent facilities, comfortable rooms, and great amenities, but what truly made my stay special was the incredible staff. A special thank you to Selvi and Rahul, who went above and beyond to make sure I was always comfortable and well taken care of. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a huge difference in my experience. Every interaction with the team was warm and welcoming, and they always ensured that everything was perfect. From housekeeping to the front desk, the restaurant staff, and everyone in between, the service was consistently outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel not just for its quality but for the people who make it exceptional. Thank you all for making my long stay so enjoyable
