Belle chambre spacieuse mais qui demande une petite rénovation. Pas d eau chaude après 10 minutes? Petit déjeuner plus que médiocre prévoir les déjeuners continentaux . Sinon bien placé pour visiter la ville. Accueil agréable avec fleurs et rafraîchissement qui sont les bienvenus.

Staff was courteous. Customised meal options was provided when requested. Good ambience and house keeping.

Hotel is not as expected and there is no parking and the restaurant is too bad there is no service finally the maintenance is bad

there was no proper hotel in all things . my money should be refunded .no keys system to enter the room . at night 5 times the light went ... and in breakfast nothing was on the table and was not at all taste ...

good location good place decent big rooms with good staff… improvement areas : menu can be a little more elaborate for breakfast - watermelon juice served was stale - but overall stay was good.

the hotel is good overall, but there are several issues worth mentioning. the bed provided was not comfortable, and the additional bed for the third person was of poor quality—it was placed on the floor, which was quite disappointing. the restaurant and bar service was another concern. although the hotel mentions 24-hour dining, the restaurant and bar were closed after midnight. when we called for the menu, the bar staff initially said they would send it, but later informed us it was closed. during the booking inquiry, the staff quoted directly, but when i mentioned that the rate was lower, they rudely suggested booking. after booking, their attitude changed, and they were uncooperative. they provided two separate beds instead of a proper arrangement. on a positive note, the quality of the food was good, and the morning staff were courteous and professional. however, the parking arrangement was unsatisfactory as our vehicle was parked outside the hotel premises. overall, there’s scope for improvement, especially in terms of service consistency, hospitality, and amenities. -

Location is good on race course road with good connectivity. Food options are good. Room is cleaned. Services are good

2 star for their service we booked the package for breakfast & dinner 1 litre water bottle cost rs. 200 + taxes no buffet was provided for dinner & they wanted to us to order food within rs. 750 for each person which was not mentioned in the app in disclaimer with this cost 1 salad, 1 water bottle, 1 coffee can be ordered because the food cost is so high. After our argument with them they gave fish thali meals that also not tasted good. Room bed had too much of dust then we said to change bed spread please mention clearly about the facilities they provide before booking rs. 9000 per day was a waste of my money

It was a last time booking, after i booked, when i just went through the reviews their was some bad comments like, seems like a lodge, bathroom is not that good and all, and i was afraid, did i take a wrong room. Everything changed when i reached their, not to mention any one staff, everyone was so polite, good customer relations, ready to serve any of our needs, breakfast was so nice, room was good, everything was good except, the sound from bar, till the midnight. Overall it was very good.

Property’s location is good, breakfast service was great! However, the room interiors are old and needs to be cleaned and maintained better. The Wi-Fi was slow too.

An average guest house type hotel at a good location in city. Very basic rooms. No amenities. No 24 hour room service. I checked in late at around 11:40pm. Kitchen was closed.

The property is centrally located. The locality was fine. The staff was polite, and the service was good. The quality of the food was really good. The bar is also nice, but there are fewer options available. Overall, a good hotel to stay.
