The hotel is just a short walk from Shanthinagar bus terminal. The staff, especially Mr. Ayyappa the receptionist, were extremely courteous and helpful, making my stay very pleasant. Though I arrived early and had to wait a bit for check-in, the staff made every effort to get me a room quickly. The room and washroom were very clean, with useful amenities like a kettle, hair dryer, work table, and good storage. Food was ordered online and it was delivered to the room, and the staff provided extra water and essentials without extra charges. Minor issues like a small leak in the washroom and a slight tear in the bedsheet were there but didn't affect my overall great experience. Highly recommended for the price — very comfortable and amazing hospitality!

I have booked a room at Poornima Regency as want to stay close to Al Ameen university to write an engineering entrance exam. Rooms are maintained very well and staff (Mr Ayyappan) is very cooperative during our stay.

It is an excellent hotel at affordable price. 2 km away from Lalbhag metro station and about 5 km from majestic. For food, the so called A2B (Anand Bhavan) is 5-10 minutes away by walk. The staff are professional and the rooms are maintained well and clean. My only small displeasure is their old blankets and bed sheets that make you doubt if they were cleaned at all. I would love to book that hotel again.

Stay was good. But bathroom facilities were not up to the mark. I wanted an early check-in but couldn't get. Interaction with staffs were good.
