Le personnel a une très bonne attitude pour nous servir avec patience et sourire. Leurs chambres sont agréables et confortables aussi, seule la climatisation devient soudainement plus chaude à minuit quand nous dormons mais reste acceptable pour moi.

I like this hotel very much. I stay here many many times when I visit Bangkok. Very nice location at the city center. Restaurant, Central Mall, shops, BTS, just around the hotel few minutes. The rooms size is good. The staff is friendly and helpful. No complain.

Lovely hotel located near the Ploenchit BTS. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the lobby was comfortable and inviting. Room was spacious and clean. What we loved most about the hotel: Let’s Relax Spa is located at the top level of the hotel and it was convenient to be able to get a massage and return to the room easily at the end of the day. Would stay here again.

Pro - Smooth check-in with unlimited drinks (machine) at the lobby area. Huge room with all basic amenities plus free mini bar everyday. Love the room balcony although a bit noisy outside. Thumb up to the housekeeping. They really look at every angle/corner of the room when doing a clean up. Variety of breakfast choices. Lovely swimming pool. Fast room internet.
Con - A bit of walking distance from Ploenchit Station (up and down from the bridge) but not far. Not much eateries in close proximity but again it is not that far by walking to find one.
Overall, I am satisfied with the stay and will consider coming back again.

Been staying at this hotel since about 2018. Located very centrally and is relatively near the bts (need to climb stairs to go to bts platform). Two bedroom suite is spacious but room carpets are really showing their age. The washing machine in the room is very helpful for long stays.

The location is impeccable as it is just a 5min walk from the BTS station. The hotel staff was helpful, and the room was spacious and comfy.
