Séjour de trois nuits quatre jours la chambre jamais faite c’est du jamais vu nous avons dû demander plusieurs fois pour avoir au moins des serviette propres elles n’ont finalement été changé qu’une seul fois le dernier jours … Inadmissible pour un soit disant autre étoiles 

Très belle situation géographique avec un bateau pour arriver à iconi Siam

Hotel très bon qualité/prix Situé sur la ligne BTS ça facilite les déplacements

Tres bon rapport qualité prix, piscine très jolie avec rooftop au dernier étage, café club au RDC très bon, sale de bain très jolie

Personnel très courtois et sympathique qui fait vraiment des efforts ! Nous avions imaginé la chambre un peu différente (elle n'était pas disponible dans la galerie) et le petit-déjeuner était très gérable. Néanmoins, nous y avons passé un très bon moment !

It was my third stay in this hotel (2018; 2023; 2025). Great location & area. Nice colors and amenities. Over the years you see some lacks in cleaning. Pool is still stunning and the staff still very friendly. Would book again.

Everything was perfected. I booked for only one night. Nice facilities. Good staffs.

The suite I stayed in had a musty smell and visible dust, which was already a concern — but the bigger issue was the tap water. It came out reddish with sediment, and even after running it for over half an hour, it didn’t clear up. I didn’t feel comfortable using the bathtub at all. I mentioned this during checkout, not to complain, but sincerely hoping the hotel could look into it for future guests. The staff responded politely, though I was a little taken aback when they pointed out that I hadn’t reported the issue during the night. I understand the intention behind the reply, but I guess I was quietly hoping for a simple apology or reassurance.

Enjoy the amenties esp the swimming pool and gym. Breakfast is good and western and eastern varieties. The room size is spacious with big bathroom.

Bangkok is well know for rush hours. Hotel next to sky train is an A list. Also fair price with bathtub skyview!!!! common worth it. Highly recommend for people, who want to stay during non tourist time.

For business is pretty good, location is very converience , serive also ok.

Best hotel ever. Reception was so friendly and helpful. Very close to Iconsiam and Chaophraya river. To be honest, this location is the best and can go anywhere very easily. Safe and secured. Definitely next time gonna stay here again. Point to be noted: 1000 baht is deposit fee, you can get it back during check out.

The hotel is really good to stay in. The train station is in front of the hotel. The view is fantastic. The layout of the room is non conventional but very big. The only thing I feel can be improved are the quality of the towels, sheets, shampoo and soap.

Conveneint - opposite has a nice cafe place. Several massage place (100m or less), 7-11 stores have 2 at hotel area too.
