L'hôtel est dans un emplacement stratégique avec tout autour. Le personnel est réactif aux demandes des clients. Je n'y suis resté qu'une nuit dans la suite exécutive. J'aurais aimé rester plus longtemps pour profiter des installations.

L'hôtel est situé près de la station BTS et le transport est très pratique. Il y a suffisamment d'installations à proximité, telles que des bars, des restaurants, des dépanneurs, des petits centres commerciaux, des pharmacies et d'autres lieux de massage et de divertissement. Cependant, certains équipements la salle est relativement vétuste.

J'ai eu un surclassement dans une suite car ils n'ont pas ma réservation avec un lit king size. Dans l'ensemble, c'est toujours ok

L'une des meilleures parties est le fumoir. L'emplacement est plutôt bon, avec "Middle East Street" à proximité. C'est un peu loin du Skytrain, mais c'est acceptable. Bon rapport qualité prix. La piscine n'est pas grande, mais c'est suffisant. La plupart des gens qui séjournent ici sont des Indiens.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon à Sukhumvit 11, mais les installations de l'hôtel sont un peu vieilles à tous égards, et le service est également très bon. La chambre le jour de l'enregistrement était un peu bruyante et j'ai été changée dans une pièce très calme le lendemain.

This hotel was one of my worst experiences on ever travelling to Bangkok. It was diabolically unkempt, our booked room was unsafe and a health hazard. The front door did not lock and only had the chain for security, the bath handle to help up from a bath completely loose and an accident waiting to happen. We advised the Reception and she moved us to another a One Bedroom Executive Suite. This was an improvement, but still it was chatty with all the chips out of the black furniture etc. the lamps, microwave were not even bothered to be plugged in - upon trying to connect electrics (which was unsuccessful) found the floor a disgrace of dust and dirt. The bath had black mold on fittings, clear to the sight of cleaners. Small brown cockroaches running around. The linen was sadly grey, a feeling of just running the hotel down without a care. The breakfast was very ordinary, principally Indian food catering for their predominately Indian guests, I understand this, but more effort should have been made for Western guests. One swim was my enough and my last, the tiles were cracked all around the pool and clearly there was black mold and green algae everywhere around the pool. It did not have the lush setting like the pictures, rundown and empty plant pots scattered around. This is a very negative review unfortunately, but feel I need to advise for the consideration of future guests. There is most certainly nothing Grand about this hotel.

A conveniently located budget hotel in the middle of NANA. Lots of great restaurants and shops around. Also a pharmacy and lots of massage and 7-11 shops as well. The staff were very helpful. For amenities the launderette was great blessing. Also from the concierge desk you can purchase coins and detergent needed. The rooms were big and comfortable. The bathrooms were also quite big but could do with a little bit of cleaning. The pool and gym was also great for a short workout and some relaxation. Breakfast was a Indian and European. Taste was good and so was the selection. There's also a in-house Indian restaurant but we didn't get a chance to explore that. Would be staying there again when in Bangkok and highly recommend.

First of all the staff were very helpful,can't fault them.we requested a non smoking room, we got a room on a non smoking level, the whole level was smell of cigarette, our room smelt disgusting,I had to buy an air freshener to try get rid of the smell. Obviously, it didn't help. Later on we noticed the air con wasn't working properly.we went down around midnight to ask for a fan,they said they're going to send someone upstairs,he came up,couldn't fix it,so they've gave us a family room as that was the only available room left. We were so delighted until we noticed loads of cockroaches were in the room.we took videos went down to the reception to ask them.to spray the room,which they did. Didn't help at all, and this was a family room. You couldn't leave anything out as the cockroaches appeared straight away. Overall an awful experience. I would never recommend anyone to stay there. Buy once again,staff was brilliant wasn't their fault.
