Personnel exceptionnel. Très bien situé. Très bel hôtel et piscine. J’adore !

Très peu de commodités par rapport au prix de la chambre de 2,0++, chambre petite comme une chambre de location. Il n'y a pas de brosse à dents, pas de sèche-linge, pas de chaussures dans la salle de bain, pas de chaussures de rechange à mettre dans la chambre. Si un client marche sur les crottes de chien, c'est fini car la pièce est recouverte de moquette et la route à cet endroit est recouverte de moquette. crotte de chien.

No room cleaning for the duration of our stay. No soap, no shampoo replacement. If we’d reminded them they’d surely do it. They offered two bottles of water, that were inside the fridge. The air conditioning wind chilled my body while sleeping and there was no way to escape it, except turning it off. Good location, without noise. Worth the price.

Fijn hotel en dicht bij khao san road, ik veel restaurants dicht bij. Zwembad ik heerlijk en de grootste in de buurt, airco is ook erg fijn.

Gewoon goed

Ils ont annulé notre chambre à 17 heures et nous avons dû chercher la vie, un désastre super sale, un dégoût total de ce qu'il y a de pire en Thaïlande. Durant tout notre voyage en Thaïlande, ils ne nous ont pas si mal traités et nous voyageons depuis un mois. Nous avons payé la chambre et il nous a dit qu'elle avait été inondée et puis nous voyons des gens dans la chambre, allongés dans la rue.

Je ne sais pas si c'est à cause de l'époque où j'y suis allé qu'il n'y avait pas grand monde mais les chambres doubles coûtent 18 dollars la nuit ! La piscine est un spectacle, les chambres sont justes pour le prix, mais les gens de la réception sont à 100 points, très prédisposés à tout, comme tout avec un beau sourire ! J'y retournerais sans hésiter si je pars avec un petit budget, ce qui en Thaïlande est préférable pour économiser sur ces choses et en profiter davantage !

Nous recherchions une base rentable à Bangkok avec une chambre familiale, propre et dotée d'une piscine. Cela a coché toutes ces cases et a dépassé les attentes. Il est idéalement situé près de la route Koah San et des attractions de la vieille ville, mais dans une route calme suffisamment éloignée pour se sentir très détendu. Tout le personnel était incroyablement sympathique, serviable et attentionné. Ils ont adoré les enfants et nous ont même apporté notre dîner. Je suis le soir où notre fils s'est endormi tôt ! La nourriture était bonne et la piscine était un vrai plus. Nous étions tentés de rester une nuit de plus, mais nous avions déjà payé notre prochain arrêt... Nous reviendrons à chaque fois que nous viendrons à Bangkok. Il y a aussi une agence de voyages à côté qui était d'un bon rapport qualité-prix et nous a aidés à organiser la prochaine partie de notre voyage.

Great little find! Situated right in the middle of where things are happening. Tucked away down a side street where you don't expect to find a hotel. This street is bustling with bars, restaurants and street stalls and just across the main road is the mad "Khaosan Road". The accommodation is basic but clean. Beds are actually reasonable soft, which makes a change for Thailand. Pool is fine but very little seating around the pool.

I absolutely love mangoo lagoon. We stayed in 2018 and 2023. The staff are amazing ＜3 The pool is excellent to escape the heat, the location is quiet and walkable to many things, the room is standard (clean, safe, great AC) :D We got to meet happy guests in the restaurant/Cafe and felt very welcome there. We loved staying here and will be back again! Vishnu and Justin took great care of us! Mr.Owen was wonderful and helped the boys get suits made too!

When we arrived Bangkok the first time we booked Mango Lagoon place. Check in went ok. They offered breakfast buffet for 170 bath. The buffet was only a fried egg and a toast and jam. Coffee or tea. We had to ask for bacon and tomato beans that was marked on there blackboard for that price. When the egg was cold, they arrived with beans and bacon. If we hadn’t asked, we had never got it. Anyway that was our first experience. One month later, at the end of our trip, we had already made a reservation at this hotel with Agoda. Confirmed and paid. Money already drawn from my credit card. When we showed up at the hotel, they told us to pay again. I said that it was already paid. They refused to give us a room, If we didn’t pay again. We asked them to contact Agoda to confirm that the room for two nights was already paid, but they refused. We were not interested to pay double. First to Agoda, and then directly to the hotel. The worst service we had experienced in Thailand. We booked another hotel, and we contacted Agoda, and they say they will refund the money that was already paid. Good service from Agoda, but very bad service from Mango lagoon place in Bangkok. It is many good and cheap hotels in Bangkok! Try to avoid Mango Lagoon place!
