Dear Sukhumvit suite Hotel Management, I am writing this letter to express our appreciation for the wonderful experience we had during our stay at your hotel. We were guests from April 15th to April 19th, 2024, and our room number was 0512. Firstly, we would like to commend the excellent service and politeness of your hotel staff. The two employees at the front desk were incredibly friendly and professional. They patiently addressed our needs and inquiries, making us feel valued and important. Furthermore, we would like to give special recognition to a male staff member who assisted us with carrying our luggage to the room. His warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Not only was he willing to help us, but he also provided valuable information about the hotel facilities and the surrounding area. His professionalism and friendly demeanor left a lasting impression on us. Additionally, we want to praise the cleanliness of the room. Every time we returned to the room, we could sense a fresh atmosphere. The beds were tidy and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. This allowed us to rest and relax fully during our tiring journey. Moreover, the location of your hotel is truly convenient. There are two large shopping malls nearby, making our shopping and dining experiences extremely convenient. Furthermore, the hotel's proximity to the Asok and Sukhumvit MRT stations made it easy for us to travel to any destination. Such a location indeed added a lot of convenience to our trip. Lastly, we want to emphasize once again how unforgettable our stay at your hotel was. We feel fortunate to have chosen this hotel for our visit to Bangkok, and it was undoubtedly the best choice for us. We would like to express our gratitude to you and the entire staff of your hotel for their exceptional work and warm hospitality, which made our journey memorable. Room was big and the hotel was just at the link way bridge to BTS/Mrt which is really convenient. Hotel do not provide disposable shaver and comb etc. Disposable toothbrush was not replenished in a daily basic during room service. Our family stay there for 5nights and every alternate day we need to request toothbrush as the brush tend to bend or came off after 1 to 2 use. We are a family of three but room service only provide us either 1 or 2 fresh towel and toothbrush. It is a hassle that we need to call every day to request for towels. Receptionist was friendly and pleasant till the latter part of our stay when they wanted to charge us 100 bhat per towel. Also the room was not well maintain. Air con was dripping water etc.

Conveniently located next to Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT by sheltered walk bridge and also beside Terminal 21 shopping mall. Nice clean room and friendly staffs. Hotel breakfast was served in set meal with good variety to choose from and taste was great. My second time staying here in Bangkok.

Excellent suites with kitchen and dining area. Washing machines there too. Nice clean room space, well designed and easy on the eye. Not too expensive to stay in considering its location in Bangkok. 24 hour restaurant next door for convenience. Overall a very good stay.

Near all station and really good place ! I like that near MRT & bts too

Location is strategic and convenient, walking distance to Terminal 21 and also easy to get through via BTS. The room is quite small. But the staffs are friendly.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Very comfortable stay and close to everything you need. Pricing is reasonable too. Restaurant is excellent for the solo traveller.

Superb strategic location at one of Bangkok’s busiest intersections, with easy connections by all forms of transport to all over the buzzing metropolis. The room was well-stocked with all necessary amenities, including toiletries, a hair dryer, WiFi, TV and hot showers. The duvets and beds were sufficiently comfortable though not the best in town. Housekeeping services were prompt and did their job well. All for a very reasonable price.

Good location and very near to terminal 21. Basic hotel and breakfast is great.
