Le meilleur endroit pour les vacances courtes à banyuwangi, nous avons un magnifique séjour avec mes 2 enfants, ils aiment la piscine, le terrain de jeu et la nourriture sur le petit déjeuner. Il y a quelques petits glitch mais la gestion agit très vite pour transformer le service en bonne expérience. Merci pour la prise en charge de notre séjour, vani au spa pour le traitement relaxant et l'équipe de bureau frontal pour leur sourire chaleureuse et super utile.

Chaleureusement accueilli par l'hôtesse. Au début, tout cela semble très luxueux et c'était probablement le cas…. A notre arrivée, nous avons dû décider ce que nous voulions manger le soir. Le choix était limité car de nombreux articles étaient en rupture de stock, l'hôtel était réputé complet, une erreur d'achat ? Et nous mangions tout seuls. Ce que nous avons obtenu au final était correct. La piscine était belle après une longue journée de voyage, mais sale. Bords noirs, également dans le spa. La douche n'était pas très chaude et il n'y avait que de l'eau froide au lavabo (difficile de se raser). La climatisation de notre chambre fonctionnait mal, car l'électricité était régulièrement coupée. Heureusement, les fenêtres pouvaient être ouvertes grâce aux bonnes moustiquaires. Il n'y a qu'une prise dans la salle de bain, heureusement, nous avions avec nous une prise pour plusieurs prises, afin que tous les appareils puissent être rechargés. Les chambres sont mitoyennes, nous avions toute une famille à côté de nous, assez bruyant…. De plus, des chants incessants et bruyants provenant de diverses mosquées du quartier, mais nous y étions préparés, nos bouchons d'oreilles étaient une solution. Bref, un hôtel avec tout le potentiel, mais il faut faire quelque chose ici et là.

爬ijen火山一般都住外南夢城裡麪，主要是距離碼頭近，但去爬火山需要兩點過就起來，開2個小時。所以當時我訂酒店是看的特別有名的ijen villa&resort，後來結果被定完了。所以恰好被app推薦了Teras hotel ijen，一看價格600rmb一晚上也還行，就定了（結果後來發現還降價到450了，虧了虧了）。 酒店距離外南夢碼頭大概45分鐘，但是位置可以看到ijen火山羣，而且外麪就有稻田和椰子樹，落日的時候太漂亮了。周圍其實還有幾家酒店，還有一個guest house，一晚200rmb。酒店設計特別有設計感，類似於國內的精品小酒店，衹有一層樓房間。 由於酒店周圍沒啥餐廳，基本上在酒店吃就好。價格也不貴，人均就是50rmb，真心便宜。 但是從酒店小路下去到大路右轉有個小咖啡廳，幾個年輕人做飲品比較青澀，但是拍照好看，推薦大家去看看。 然後酒店旁邊有個guest house，也可以喝咖啡，周圍就是稻田，也適合看落日。整個酒店獃著就很讓人放鬆，沒有什麼壓力感。 Teras Hotel最大的問題是交通不方便，這裏叫不到Grab，衹有酒店有出租車電話，去碼頭直接貴一倍，喊價250k，沒辦法也衹能走。 還有就是報團去爬ijen這裏也沒有，也是酒店會提供聯繫人自己談一下。基本上一個車1700k，包括嚮導和門票，來酒店接，也可以結束送你去碼頭。這個價格略貴，但是也是可以接受，三四個人拼車也還好。 總之在ijen，非常建議在這裏多住一天，緩解下特種兵行程的疲勞感。

L'hôtel est très nouveau et décent. Il faut seulement améliorer, ils ne peuvent pas installer de climatiseurs dans les lobbys.

Extrêmement lent malgré qu’on soit toujours seuls dans le resto. 3-4 employés dispo à ne rien faire mais pas de service et excrément long avant de recevoir nos plats. On doit se lever si on veut autre chose car personne ne vient.(répété à tous les repas pendant plusieurs jours). 👎 Taxe de service (21%) déjà incluse malgré le mauvais service. 😠 👎 besoin de donner un dépôt si on veut porter le repas ou le vin à la chambre. 👎 on doit demander plusieurs fois pour avoir du papier hygiénique, de l’eau)

C'est un endroit merveilleux et cozy. - Quelle étonnante rentrée. Plage de bains face à la mer. Quiet et privé. Menu au petit déjeuner Yummy.

There are so much to critisize about Dialoog for booking a suite room. From the first time we arrived that we can't use too much hot water, because it only provides for two people when I was bringing 2 children so we have to wait for some time to refill the hot water tank. And for a suite they don't have a refrigerator in the room. The amenities very standard, only dental kit. The room itself so spacious, and we got the sea view which was super nice. The facilities are complete, spa room, gym with equiped tools, the infinity swimming pool also nice and clean. The surrounding view was the best! And here come the not so good part, the breakfast experience. As the biggest resort in town, the breakfast variations was very limited! Because after this hotel I moved to another hotel, Dialoog breakfast can't even compare to them. The taste wa so so. They only provide black coffee, and when my husband wanted a cup of latte we have to pay for extra price which in another hotel we got it for free. And it's standard in 4-5 stars hotel. Only a black coffee when we pay 3 million/day for a suite. They don't put the juices in jar, but as per request they poured it for us in a small glass, and the variation of juices only papaya, watermelon, and melon. Super standard food variation. You can have it all you can drink was tea , water, and coffee 😁 It was peak season and I don't impressed at all with the food. At least I was amazed by the views and the resort. So it covered my dissapointment of hotel experience. Will I come back again to this hotel? NO! It wasn't worth the price trust me, unless ypu choose this hotel ONLY for the views.

Sya menginjak di asuperior Bungalao dengan nuansa ukiran bali , hotel ini banyak yang harus di upgade dari segi bangunan, karena sudah lama berdiri mungkin, untuk fasilitas, yahh sesuai lah untuk bintang 3, kolam renang , gyme , karaoke dll , untuk service bagus , karyawan ramah ramah. Dan untuk makanan rasanya enak dan banyak pilihan, saya menemukan piliha makanan dari ujung sampai ke ujung.. untuk hotel kelas bintang tiga..

Very good hotel for a transit stop as close to the ferry terminal for the Bali crossing. The hotel spread over a large area with cottages dotted around the main hotel building. Breakfast room spread over 2 large rooms with nice selection of hot and cold food. Pretty swimming pool overlooking the Straits. Cannot comment on the dining room experience as a wedding was taken place and service was affected due to this, but plenty of other eateries in the town.
