La chambre est un peu petite et les lits sont très proches les uns des autres. Les casiers avec carte sont une fonctionnalité intéressante et la salle de bain a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Le toit offre une belle vue

Pendant mon séjour, une canalisation a éclaté et, à partir du quatrième étage, le toit fuyait. Aucun membre du personnel n'est intervenu et la plupart sont partis acheter des glaces et faire des tiktoks. Alors que j'expliquais ce qui s'était passé, un membre du personnel s'est mis à me crier dessus. Ils ont fini par couper l'eau et, après avoir insisté, ont appelé les pompiers afin que l'immeuble soit déclaré sûr.

Rooms are not properly cleaned or maintained, with mould in bathrooms and on ceiling tiles, lights not properly fixed, broken lockers, air conditioning was broken, greasy toilet, and the list goes on. We travelled as a group of students and staff and stayed here for a week but unfortunately the accommodation was not as expected. The check-in process was chaotic and took hours whilst the hostel staff kept on requesting different requirements which were not made clear to us before arriving. Tourist tax and deposits had to be paid in cash in two lump sums. We ended up paying €6.48 more since they could’t provide us change. While this may seem minor, it resulted in our group being charged unnecessarily extra. The food at the hostel wasn’t worth it and groups have restricted half an hour time slots to eat and clean up. At check out the reception staff told us half our deposit money is missing and said there is nothing they can do about this, that it wasn’t their responsibility. It turned out some students who checked out earlier received their deposits but the lack of clear management systems was very concerning. Unfortunately the hostel lacks proper management, clear communication, and basic hospitality standards. I would not stay here again. The location is very convenient. If only it was properly managed, maintained and cleaned, this could have been a great place.
