It's a great stay there every thing is perfectly fine. Behavior of staff reception is also good maintain good hygiene, food is also great with great atmosphere room. Service is good too. I find this hotel from google and customers rating and it's truly deserve every star.

As a touring musician, I have stayed at upscale hotels worldwide, and this might be my favorite ANYWHERE. VERY comfortable, quiet rooms. The facility is beautiful and welcoming inside and out with a sharp, modern design. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool/spa/gymnasium area -with the excellent view, this was a great place to start the morning! The restaurant and adjacent bar are very nice. Most importantly, every single person who works here, whether front desk staff, security, or ***agement, is OUTSTANDING. They take pride in their hotel and genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. The hotel is also in a beautiful neighborhood. I sincerely hope to come back!

Un des services de tromperie que j'ai reçus de l'hôtel, très décevant, ils m'ont facturé une bonne quantité de prix pour l'occupation unique, le soir où j'ai demandé de boire de l'eau, ils ont servi, dès qu'ils sont venus avec la facture qu'ils m'ont demandé de signer, a dit que c'est chargeable, quand je refuse, ils ont dit que vous obtiendrez seulement la bouteille est sur la maison, le repos sera chargeable, donc si je n'ai pas d'argent je ne peux pas boire de l'eau, j'ai payé la facture d'être un directeur général d'un luxueux Resort, pour moi ils me font souvent mal. Nous espérons ne chasser aucun autre invité. Cela devrait être clair avant le contrôle que ils ne nourrissent pas d'eau. Oops ......... Most disappointing. Non visiter,maybe never. God bless

L'hôtel est très proche de l'aéroport. Le personnel est très chaleureux et ami et prend soin de leur client. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses et me rappelle 5 étoiles du retour dans les années 90. Un bon endroit pour accueillir les mariages, car ils ont beaucoup de place pour organiser toutes les fonctions, etc. Le label de l'hôtel est le seul et le plus grand désavantage. Je recommande vraiment aux propriétaires/***habement d'accueillir un autre ascenseur et une escalier lobby car le design de l'hôtel est telle que les chambres sont assez loin de la principale ascenseur et devient un problème de voyager d'une fin à l'autre.

We booked the hotel for a Golden anniversary celebration. This review is for the room service. Rooms are beautiful, lively, very clean and hygienic, the beds are warm and soft, the people are friendly and there is always someone around to help you out. The breakfast was lavish, tasty, the cheese omelet was gorgeous and the methi paranthas could not have bene better. There were healthier juice and food options too. So all in all , next time also, Fern would be our choice for stay. Mr Shubhankar deserves a call out here for being a very humble & patient person who is in-charge of the room service and gave us an awesome deal. There is just one suggestion: It wud be good to have a fan in the rooms. We do understand the concept of AC that can be adjusted as per one's needs. But with older people it is a struggle which we faced as we mainly had old people staying in the rooms, not very accustomed to using AC. And then there are people like me who are claustrophobic. I need the fan running on atleast speed 1 till the temp drops to 8 degrees.

La propriété est très bien entretenue, et tout le personnel est très courtois et utile. Merci spéciale à yuk un bureau de front pour le check-in et le check-out sans soudure. Location pour moi est très confortable. Parce que je suis resté pendant un jour seulement prendre petit déjeuner et thé. Le service est également très bon.
