We had a family getaway, rooms are nice and clean, reservations lady was helpful. Restaurant team was slow, food super average, disappointing to say as we expected to have fresh food from the village. Fries were fried twice, they missed items from our lunch package ( they said by mistake) . We went back for dinner, prices changed from lunch to dinner as they write the price on the invoice by hand; so if you don’t check with the menu you will definitely notice the price difference. What is unacceptable, is that when you don’t have change and you exceed the invoice amount, they never bring back change and take the whole difference in tips. Unacceptable. Receptionists are poor on options if you ask them abouti touristic sites or what is interesting to see around the village. We discovered that on our own. Unfortunately, i would easily say we will never visit again.
