We are continuing to re-send our message to trip.com for our full refund and account compensation credit (what they call coins) until they issue both; as they've this far only issued all but one of the 5 nights and a $40 coins credit (when they were supposed to issue credit of $800+the full amount of the booking therefore we're going to keep on their corrupt azzes until they do so), and this motel has egregiously left us stranded in this dessert hick town while sending us a 24hours late email lying to us FALSELY claiming they can't adjust anything, when trip.com claims they can and need to and all they need to do for trip.com to make necessary adjustments for them is give their okay. Since we pointed that out to the unprofessional dishonest disrespectful person at the motel who sent the false email, who did not state his/her name nor job title; they have not replied yet nor complied yet - and it's now been five days and here it is our initial amount of nights booked was five with check in on 6/27/25 along with the Flix bus tickets we purchased on 6/26/25 when we booked this motel, both for 6/27/25, bus travel from five hours away, and we arrived in Barstow 9:30am on 6/27/25 as planned. This motel, trip com claims falsely marked us as no-show and the motel has been ignoring our repeated emailed request of them to obviously honor our 6/27/25-check in. We planned on booking an additional 7 nights,as we informed them, along with booking again bin the future as loyal customers if we'd enjoy our stay. We obviously will NOT be giving tri.com nor the motel our business ever again. We don't pay for disrespect and disregard. This Review will be posted as a public webpage we're publishing, as well as sent to Wyndham corporate office, and to business license officials. We're also going to distribute a press release to mass media and press.
