Budget hotel, in a convenient location for me. Rooms are not cleaned, or rubbish thrown out during the duration of the stay. Some food options are nearby too.

John welcomed me warmly! The hotel is conveniently located and close to Lakenheath. It’s obviously been recently refurbished and updated and everything is nice and clean. There are lots of convenience stores close by, which was nice for a late arrival and plenty of parking. It’s got a lot of floor space for those PCSing.

I have been here 2nd time and i see a good amount of difference after the refurbishment. John at reception was quite helping! Good value for money

Great price, warm welcome at reception from John, newly refurbished room. It is the little things like they had put the fan on with curtains closed and windows open to keep the room cool on our arrival. USB and USB-C sockets were a real plus. Definitely recommend for a stop over.

Location is excellent but this is definitely a bit tired. It’s fine for a 1990s motel but it’s now 2025. It does not have air conditioning nor a lift. The bathroom has neither hand towels or a bath mat (couldn’t be bothered to ask for either or why!). Bed and bedding is comfortable. Nice TV. Helpful staff. When I stayed on a Sunday evening the value was excellent. When I stayed in the week, not such good value. The venue does not offer a restaurant but Greggs, Burger King and other fast food places are nearby. Good pubs and restaurants are a short drive away.

Relatively new build or refurb. Rooms near and tidy. No air con, fan and radiators instead. Ample parking, friendly staff,. Basic amenities nearby.

Really good stay, overnight and was ideally located for Thetford, Cambridge and surrounds. Nicely decorated and John the manager was super kind and helpful! Lovely to wake up to deers outside in the grounds! Great value for money and was really impressed!

A quick trip to vist family. There isn't much to do around the hotel. but a Five Guys, a pub and a couple of fast food places in the vacinity. Was a comfortable sleep and would stay again. Easy reach to Elvadon, Norwich, Stansted and some country parkds.

We arrived after a long drive (my husband, myself and carer) on a very hot day. Checked in with the lovely John who was on reception. He went above and beyond to help us checking in, plus local information including places to visit, placed to eat. We had a lovely room, even extra towels, so clean and cool. Beds super comfy. Deer outside the window early morning. What a lovely stopover before heading to the Broads. Can highly recommend
