I decided to share my opinion over Bunculuka Camping By Valamar mainly to warn all those who consider travelling there by any chance... I can call myself regular customer. I've been visiting this place since 2020. So this year was 4th time. With my partner we rented 1 pitch for 1 tent. As always. In almost the same place. What we discovered this year is constant change for worse the service of Camping. Through 8 days we've been treated unkindly for 4 (!) times. Service. First contact at the reception desk. As usually we didn't book a place but 3 times previously we drove by car to a place where we saw a nice pitch, came back to reception and finalise transaction. Not this time. Receptionist guy, named Darko, said "camping is full", "you have to go a find a place by foot" and "wish you good luck". No assistance, no customer centric attitude towards finding best place. When we walked through the camping we saw lots of free spaces so definately the guy didn't walk the path as his routine. Instead he chose to mislead the customers... Second time at the restaurant. It was our 1st dinner after 18 hours of travelling. The waiter said we can't seat where we wanted because everything is booked. That was ok. We sat indoor. After few minutes another waitress came to us and said "our" place is free and we can change the table. We did. Then the waiter came to us and started shouting what we are doing, what's wrong with us, all in German (we are not Germans by the way..). We said we were asked to do so by the waitress but he didn't react and continued to shout. Then, after all he apologised us. Nice beginning of holidays... Third time was paper found behind car wipers. Few words: meet at reception desk, by 14.00. We went there. What happened? At the check-in receptionist, named Daria, said there is a new policy saying I need to pay deposit for stay. I asked how much? She said: how much you want. Then I paid for 2 nights. When I aksed what about rest of stay when I want to prolong my stay? She said: you will pay all at check-out. Coming back to paper behind the wipers: another receptionist said it's not truth and we have to pay everything now. So we paid. Again, it wasn't nice treatment by camping service because WE ASKED how and when to pay after 2 days of our stay. Fourth time was a the check-out. We checked-out 1 day earlier. Of course we didn't get money back because "it was not due to health reasons". Well ok. It's your property and your policy. But nobody asked us why we are going earlier, or is everything ok. We got here at your Camping in 2020 because in Krk you had not much competition. Now it is. A lot to choose, so in fact you should treat Customers well enough to make them come back. Whould YOU after this experience? And one last thing. Total amount of our stay is 506, 24 euro. Is it small or not - to be considered by you, the reader. But in my opinion, whatever amount you pay, you should be treated as a Customer.
