L'hôtel est un peu vieux mais toujours propre. Le service est bon et le petit déjeuner est bon. Il est très proche du centre commercial Nagoya Hill et des restaurants de fruits de mer à proximité.

Ce lieu est toujours ma première option en raison des installations de salle de bains telles que des bains et des douches séparés. Aime ces caractéristiques. Comprendre que nous devons soutenir un environnement écologiquement favorable , malheureusement, ils réduisent les autres installations comme le savon et le shampooing. Nous avons séjourné pendant 2 nuits mais il n'y a pas de savon et de shampooing supplémentaires. Savon tube 20ml & shampooing.. Un repas décent mais des noix sur le blanc ?

I have long been a fan of this hotel. Since the hotel started operations, some things have remained great but some things needs improvement. The rooms; still great. The rooms are spacious, generally well maintained and clean. The mattress, pillows and bolsters are very comfortable. There are minor items where the bar fridge may not be cold, and the HDMI port on the TV is not working. The staff; very friendly and helpful. They are wonderful! I would like to propose that the staff manning the reception desk be proficient in English to better help guests. The restaurant. This stems from my limited visits, 2 to 3 times, for dinner. I do not like the new menu. The prices are great but some of my old favorites are gone. Ice cream is no longer on the menu. Lasagna is gone too. I used to be able to get the Accor Plus discount when I charge to room, but now the discount is only applied to dine in, pay on-site. I do not understand the reason for change. I normally have to wait 20-30 mins in the restaurant for my dinner to arrive. And frankly, there are mosquitoes in the restaurant so waiting for dinner is not pleasant. Welcome gift: drinks and cake. The thought is nice and thank you. However, the cake is too heavy and the drink variety is not great so I tend not to partake. Others; laundry. I make it a point to ensure my laundry is sent in first thing in the morning. Often, however, I am told that the laundry will only return the following night, 11pm. Seems very long time for laundry. And this means that if I check out the next day, I will not receive my laundry in time. This should be improved.

L'hôtel est magnifique et dispose de bons plats, très propres et ils vont même plus loin pour faire des décorations pour notre journée spéciale. Ne pas oublier vraiment ai joué leurs 24h dans le service de massage de la chambre. Nous reviendrons certainement et bien recommandés à tous.

L'hôtel est très économique, vous pouvez prendre et déposer en voiture, et il comprend également le petit-déjeuner. Le petit-déjeuner est assez copieux et le personnel de service est très enthousiaste. La raison principale est que l'hôtel est très unique et religieux. donner aux gens un sentiment mystérieux.

Sahid Batam Center Hotel & Convention is having a good advantage on location, located in the heart of Batam Center, where luxury and homey abound. It is an old hotel, but it is well maintained and it is connected to a modern life style, near local culinary and having a good entertainment with roof top bar. The staffs are giving a good hospitality and helpful. Sahid Batam Center hotel could fit for business and personal use. Over all, Sahid Batam Center Hotel & Convention is a good hotel to stay. Le grand hôtel de luxe est un endroit très beau, un concept unique par rapport à tout autre hôtel ici à Batam, et il est aussi une bonne chambre. Le personnel est très attentif avec une bonne formation de service à la clientèle.J'ai eu une très bonne expérience de relax, Eska est connu pour leur massage de signature. Je comprends cependant la politique d'annulation, comme je demande de prolonger mon 2ème jour, puisque je n'ai pas pu voyager le 1er jour en raison de la question médicale.. A apporté les médecins prescrits avec moi, prouver que je ne suis pas adapté à voyager. Il est très décevant que la Gestion n'ait pas ”envisagé suffisamment pour au moins une subvention pour prolonger mon 2e jour pour que je puisse avoir assez de repos et de récupération. Après tout, 2 nuits de séjour est ce que j'ai payé pour quand je l'ai réservé en ligne. Ils insistent sur le fait qu'ils sont entièrement réservés pour le jour et la semaine prochaine, c'est pourquoi il n'est pas possible de prolonger Un jour plus ...Pour ma surprise , l'occupation de table pendant le dîner est seulement ME””.. et environ 4 à 6 tables le lendemain pendant le petit-déjeuner buffet.. L'hôtel vous propose un service de restauration et de restauration.

The hotel is nice but I request 1 double bed but they give combination of 2 twin bed & the Wi-Fi is very slow. The toilet very small & have flot water. Just complain to the hotel but no action & no response from them

AP Premier is one of the oldest hotel in Batam Indonesia and was known as Novotel in the past. The hotel was one of the top grade hotels in Batam when I stayed there 20+ years ago (yr 2001). Although there are many hotel options now days in batam but AP Premier is still my favorite place to stay when visiting batam for business trip recently. The hotel location is good to me. It is very near to ferry terminal, Habourbay (in fact within walking distance) and Nagoya, the old town center where most of the tourists from Singapore would like to visit. The hotel public area is quite spacious. The breakfast selection was great. Room is clean and comfortable to stay. Hotel service is awesome especially the front desk team like Miss Wani and Mr Dona are exceptionally helpful.
