I was amazed when I first laid eyes on it. PonteFino Hotel is absolutely incredible! My family and I had an amazing time. The amenities are top-notch, the staff is extremely accommodating, and the food is delicious. We will definitely be returning!

Checked in: Jan 25, 2021 Time: 9:51 PM Deluxe Room 12hrs Me and my partner checked-in at this hotel late at night since it was the decent one we found near the grand terminal. The room given to us was clean but the floor was really sticky. We remember checking in at around 10pm but I had to call the front desk the next morning (9am) just to make sure I'm not mistaken since they did not provide us any checkout information when we paid for our room. The girl who I spoke to said we checked in at 9pm and they will only allow a 15min grace period for us to pack up and leave right away. I asked how much it will cost for us to have an additional hour so we can eat breakfast but the girl said she is not sure of how and that she will need to call us back. After a few minutes she called back and said we need to pay 180PHP for another hour to spend at the hotel. My partner was the one who answered the call and agreed so that they would let us stay until 10am. They DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS, only cup noodles and junk food so we had to order food delivery. My partner went down the lobby to get our breakfast from the delivery guy and also spoke to the receptionist to confirm what was our check-in time last night. She was told it was 9:51PM and not 9PM contrary to what she told me when I called. After eating we packed up our things and went down right away so that we no longer need to extend an additional hour on our stay. The receptionist told us we still need to pay 180PHP even though we did not consume the 1hr extension since it was already recorded on their system. I argued but had to pay since we were on a hurry. TLDR: WE WERE ASKED TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA HOUR ON OUR STAY EVEN THOUGH WE CHECKED OUT ON TIME. THEY DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS. THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY AND PROPERLY TRAINES, EVEN THE GUARD WHO KEPT ON STARING AT US. P.S I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE ACTION AND TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE TO BE PROFESSIONAL. CUSTOMER RELATIONS NEED IMPROVEMENT. THE RECEPTIONIST IS INCONSIDERATE.

First, I would like to commend the male receptionist who assisted our check-in on Dec. 31, 2022, including those attendants who help us in our luggage and those in charge in buffet breakfast . They are so accomodating, responsive and very resposible doing their work.Good job and keep it up.
Next, our room is clean, classy with cold aircon and a taal view.
CONS are;
1. No wifi
2. Weak signal to all network even using our own data
3. Occasional brownout
Over all, we really enjoyed our stay and affordable plus the fact that we celebrate our new year well.

Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable. Vous aussi, merci à Kuya, qui a pris soin de mon appareil de plongée. Merci encore une fois pour votre bonté. Bongskee, mon maître plongeur avec lequel j'ai fait 8 plongées , a vraiment apprécié chaque instant dans ce camping. Il y a des gens qui disent qu'il n'est pas un resort de 5 étoiles, mais que la vibe et les gens se débrouillent pour ça. Je recommande cet endroit pour les familles et les couples qui cherchent une belle vibe. Il sera sûrement de retour l'année prochaine.

It is a bit pity that we came during the windy time, but we still enjoyed the short stay in the weekend! We planned to have some water activities, but the water current is strong, and we can only admire the sea view, but not able to go inside. Even so, we made some friends with other resort guests during our stay. The resort has quite many choices of food, and drinks! Rooms are spacious and clean! Hope to come back soon to swim and snorkel!

Avec ma femme nous avons séjourné un week end. Le resort est vraiment magnifique. Possibilité de faire du kayak, snorkeling, l'accès à la plage est simple. A savoir qu'entre la plage et le haut du resort il y a beaucoup de marches. On avait une très belle chambre, très calme. la cuisine est très bonne, rien à dire. Petit bémol au niveau de la piscine, il n'y a pas de parasols et donc pas d'ombre l'après midi. On reviendra surement. Laurent

Le 18 est dans un bon environnement, le service est très attentif, très sûr, il y a un personnel de l'hôtel à la porte à la nuit! En particulier, ce restaurant est vraiment super, il est recommandé de aller à sa maison pour dîner, j'ai commandé trois ou quatre plats brillants! (PS, le lendemain de son séjour, le téléphone de nage a été mis sur le lit de la piscine. Quand je suis sorti pour chercher, le personnel de l'hôtel est envoyé à la porte de la chambre avec enthousiasme. Merci beaucoup!)

Avantages: la sécurité est bonne. Même si la plage de Savan ne semble pas avoir de plage. La plage blanche semble très célèbre sur la plage, je demande de retourner en trois roues dans environ 30 minutes à l'hôtel.
Le paysage de l'hôtel est le meilleur. Vous pouvez également manger sur la grande balcone commune devant la chambre. Personne ne l'utilise, il est toujours monopolisé.
Tout le personnel est très aimable. La nourriture est normale.
Mauvais points: de nombreux hôtels sont construits sur une collision, donc vous devez faire des escaliers. Environ 5 minutes de la route ci-dessous.
Il faut environ deux heures pour prendre un autobus ou un bus à Bartangas de Manila et une demi-heure pour prendre un ferry ou un grand bateau à Bartangas.
Il y a environ 20 minutes de transport de trois roues à l'hôtel depuis le port de Puerto Galera. Il y a beaucoup de temps d'attente, comme les bus et les ferries, ce qui est une bonne chose pour ceux qui veulent voyager, mais il faut du temps.

Tremendously enjoyed our family trip at CaSoBe. Location is quite far, but the trip is worth it. Hotel and facilities are clean. Service is great. The only downside we experienced was that the room vault was malfunctioning. The staff were very helpful to attend to our concern. The best features of the place would be the Aquaria Water Park and the beach.

IInvitéMe my partner and our 2 kids just recently visited this place. The hotel room is quite enough soace for the 4 of us. It was comfortable complete with lounge sofas on the balcony. Room service is delightful you can order from the 2 restaurants and deliver to your cabin. the sheets were clean and the very comfy to sleep in. The staff were very friendly and we were treated like royals. Very welcoming and accommodating. The receptionist even have us free breakfast vouchers which is fantastic. The pools were great and clean. We were able to use the slide it was fun. My kids enjoyed it. The ocean is also clean. They make time to clean the seashore which I think is superb. The wifi is working and you can have acxess in the entire resort not just in your room.pets are very welcome. They have caddies to take from point A to b. We also got free ice cream. Carmelas was the brand I think.

For the restaurant barbossa. Not enough choices on the menu and very pricey. But the other restaurant which served us breakfast is great.
Our tv cant connect to netflix. Not much of a big deal just so happens we want to watch the last 2 episodes of bloodhounds. Still manageable.
The telephone signal to the reception is poor. We had to redial 3x to be able to speak to the staff
They have a free bike for each cabin to use. But ours was gone after we had dinner. not sure if our neighbor cabin borrowed it.
All in all i will still give it a 10 beacuse the staff were very friendly we will be visting again definitely

RRosalanPico Sand Hotel is the best place to relax with loved ones. It offers an awesome view of the beach. The breakfast buffet had a variety of delicious foods. We will definitely stay here when we visit again.

IInvitéMy wife and I had a pleasant Valentine's Day excursion at the Coral Beach Club and I will say a bit more about the resort than I usually do. Our first reaction was that there is a lot stuffed into a relatively small space—six buildings with 26 guest rooms, a dining/recreation area, a pool/jacuzzi complex, and a parking area—in 2200 square meters with a 40 meter beach front. Closer observation showed that the resort is well laid out and the plan produces a family-friendly resort with something to entertain virtually all guests. Plus, the resort does not offer day passes so the facilities are never overloaded. As we settled in, we noticed that our room and the facilities are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Linens and towels appear fresh and new, while necessary items (water, instant coffee, soap, shampoo, toothpaste) were delivered to our room every morning. The resort fronts on a public beach which is swept twice a day. Uniformed security officers prevent loitering, while vendors promoting banana boat rides, snorkeling, and floating bamboo platform rentals are courteous and helpful. Prices seem to be set by the LGU so there isn't much point in negotiating and there is little danger of being over charged. We rented a floating bamboo platform for a day (P1500) and couldn't have been happier. When necessary, the vendor trooped to the store for us and moved our platform on request so we could see more of the coral, The dining/recreation area deserves special mention. The staff are uniformly friendly and helpful, and the menu is a delight. There are items for every taste and budget: kiddie hot dogs up to adult priced steaks (which are imported from the United States). For Valentine's dinner, my wife had a tasty rib eye steak while I enjoyed a wonderful salmon filet. Breakfasts were included with our package and my wife and I both enjoyed the Full American Breakfast. Staff members were able to add a couple extra pieces of toast and an extra cup of coffee when I asked. The facilities are smoke free, but designated smoking areas are conveniently located throughout. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return with friends and family.

Nous avons également essayé leur massage corporel complet pour 1 h qui nous coûte 750 pesos chacun. Vous devez aller à leur restaurant pour demander votre petit déjeuner gratuit si vous avez la chambre qui vient avec un petit déjeuner, il ne sera pas livré à votre chambre mais vous pouvez choisir quel que soit le petit déjeuner qu'ils ont dans leur menu plus il vient avec une soupe qui est Le restaurant est très bien et sa cuisine est délicieuse, mais le prix de la cuisine est raisonnable, mais ils ont une charge de 10 % pour le dîner et de 15 % pour le service de la chambre. Le bas du resort est leur temps d'exploitation le bureau frontal et le restaurant est ouvert seulement à partir 7am-8pm Alors si vous allez avoir besoin de quelque chose du bureau frontal après cette heure personne ne peut vous aider parce qu'ils seront partis par puis seulement la garde sera laissé en la porte devant et aussi si vous avez faim à la nuit vous devez peut-être acheter de la nourriture de leur restaurant avant qu'ils ferment ou acheter de la boutique à proximité car il n'y a pas de panda alimentaire ou de grabfood à proximité aussi ferme tôt, donc vous devez planifier votre Nous sommes allés à SM (clos à 9 heures) le prix qui y est allé en utilisant le tricycle est 120pesos.Their piscine n'est ouverte qu'à 9 heures seulement si vous voulez manger ou boire près de la piscine vous pouvez utiliser leurs cabanas. Leur sable est gris (mais un sable fin) vous ne pouvez pas vraiment nager dans elle parce que les vagues sont fortes et l'eau n'est pas claire et il est très sale il y a beaucoup de débris à côté de la plage il n'est pas bien entretenu. Vous devez vraiment aller à l'île sauter qui n'est pas déjà partie de l'activité du resort, de sorte qu'ils vous laisseront signer une renonciation. Il y a beaucoup de bangkero au-delà de la plage il est mieux de se déplacer par groupe il n'y a que 2 d'entre nous quand nous avons roulé le bateau, donc il est un peu coûteux, l'isle hopping vous coûtera environ 2000 (1 île) à 3.5k (2 îles) nous avons eu le 3.5k. Nous avons fait mermer les coraux (ils nous ont prêté leurs goggles gratuitement ou apporter vos propres goggles) et nous avons également allé sur la plage de sable blanc qui est à Bauan, Batangas qui a aussi de l'eau claire et vous pouvez aussi voir certains poissons et coraux, Le temps de voyage à ces 2 endroits est 35-45mins vous pouvez également apporter votre nourriture mais gardez à l'esprit pour vraiment le couvrir en plastique de sorte qu'il ne se mouillera pas parce que le voyage à l'excursion il est vraiment rocky vous serez vraiment mouillée parce que vous passerez par une forte vagues donc couvrir tous Vos biens. Il pleut quand nous y sommes allés, c'est peut-être pourquoi les vagues sont fortes. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons eu une explosion! Nous avons eu une résidence mémorable. Ils nous ont même donné un cadeau quand nous avons vérifié qu'ils sont si pensants. Merci pour l'expérience merveilleuse que nous vous recommanderons à nos amis.

IInvitéNous avons pris le bus à Bantagas, puis transféré par Jeepny et moto. Il y a une longue marche à pied à la salle et au lobby. La vue était magnifique et le personnel était agréable. Bien sûr la salle est propre et dispose d'un beau balcon. Snorkeling gratuit mais si vous avez besoin de louer des chaussures, 150 pesos pour un couple. Vous devriez peut-être attendre un moment si vous commandez dans le restaurant. Cependant, la nourriture était tout délicieuse.

IInvitéLe lieu est si calme et relaxant, beaucoup d'activités ou de nage, de basket-ball, de base-ball ou même de marche. Les chambres sont très propres et tout le personnel était ami et heureux, ils ont même réchauffé nos surfs gauches de Shakeys Nous avons également dîné à Abadi et les aliments philippiniens sont si délicieux et authentiques. Il va certainement revenir.

IInvitéLocation - This place is not that far from the Metro. Madali din lang syang mahanap through waze. Rooms - Rooms are exquisite. May bath tub for family rooms. Sobrang ganda ng ambience. Medyo mahal nga lang yung mga rooms and di pa kasama ang breakfast. Kumpleto toiletries when you go here. So no need to worry for your towels, shampoo and soap. Vibe - If you are looking for a place with a touch of Santorini, then this place is for you. konte lang tao when we visited so it doesnt feel crowed. For me, the vibe feels luxurious and not cheap. Activities - Free kayak and snorkling, so we availed those. Ang bait pa ng nag assist samen na si Kuya Janjan. Then he offered island hopping and snorkling ulit. Sulit naman. just ask kung magkano, standard naman yung rates. Mas mahal pag fri-sun. We visited an island with white sand beach. pang puno sa mga pics namin. Service - When we arrived, ramdam na agad namin ang warmth ng mga tao. halos lahat binabati kame from front desk at sa mga nag assist samin going to our room. Sa Greeka restaurant, ang babait din ng mga staff. 2nd day namin and alam nila na kakain kame meron na naka save na table for us. sina Rommel, Kevin and Joel ang nag assist samen. we reuqested for additional sabaw ng sinigang, and di sila nagdalawang isip na bigyan kame. may complimentary pa kame na leche flan from sir roger! tapos sa swimming area, again si kuya janjan ang masugid na bantay. sya din sumama samen sa island hopping. makulit, makwento at binantayan naman kame. maayos din kumuha ng picture!!! All i can say is thank you sa lahat ng staff! they will really make your vacation memorable. Food - you only have 1 choice of resto here, Greeka. i should say masarap yung pinoy options nila especially yung pork sisig. so so yung pizza and pasta nila, kaya isang beses lang namin inorder. pwede kayo magdala ng light snacks pero wag lang alcoholic drinks. medyo mahal lang alcohol, so chill lang kme sa inuman. Safety - i feel safe here. Pagdating mo sa room, meron silang sanitizing kit. lahat ng staff naka face mask and readily available ang sanitizer. regular din yung fogging nila ng common areas. Overall, this is a place worth the try. malapit lang sa manila. a bit pricey pero worth it naman and hindi ganun kamahal compared sa other resorts sa batangas. lastly, ang babait ng staff so sulit ka sa bakasyon mo!

La chambre qui m'a été offerte était propre, spacieuse et bien entretenue. Les chambres étaient de haut niveau et j'ai apprécié les petits touches, comme les toilettes complimentaires, les serviettes fraîches et le lit confortable. La cuisine de l'hôtel était délicieuse et j'ai été impressionné par la variété des plats disponibles. En général, mon séjour à l'hôtel Canyon Cove et Spa a été une expérience mémorable et agréable. Je recommande à tout le monde de trouver un séjour confortable et luxueux dans la région.
