I was amazed when I first laid eyes on it. PonteFino Hotel is absolutely incredible! My family and I had an amazing time. The amenities are top-notch, the staff is extremely accommodating, and the food is delicious. We will definitely be returning!

Checked in: Jan 25, 2021 Time: 9:51 PM Deluxe Room 12hrs Me and my partner checked-in at this hotel late at night since it was the decent one we found near the grand terminal. The room given to us was clean but the floor was really sticky. We remember checking in at around 10pm but I had to call the front desk the next morning (9am) just to make sure I'm not mistaken since they did not provide us any checkout information when we paid for our room. The girl who I spoke to said we checked in at 9pm and they will only allow a 15min grace period for us to pack up and leave right away. I asked how much it will cost for us to have an additional hour so we can eat breakfast but the girl said she is not sure of how and that she will need to call us back. After a few minutes she called back and said we need to pay 180PHP for another hour to spend at the hotel. My partner was the one who answered the call and agreed so that they would let us stay until 10am. They DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS, only cup noodles and junk food so we had to order food delivery. My partner went down the lobby to get our breakfast from the delivery guy and also spoke to the receptionist to confirm what was our check-in time last night. She was told it was 9:51PM and not 9PM contrary to what she told me when I called. After eating we packed up our things and went down right away so that we no longer need to extend an additional hour on our stay. The receptionist told us we still need to pay 180PHP even though we did not consume the 1hr extension since it was already recorded on their system. I argued but had to pay since we were on a hurry. TLDR: WE WERE ASKED TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA HOUR ON OUR STAY EVEN THOUGH WE CHECKED OUT ON TIME. THEY DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS. THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY AND PROPERLY TRAINES, EVEN THE GUARD WHO KEPT ON STARING AT US. P.S I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE ACTION AND TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE TO BE PROFESSIONAL. CUSTOMER RELATIONS NEED IMPROVEMENT. THE RECEPTIONIST IS INCONSIDERATE.

J'ai fait un voyage dans le monde pour beaucoup de loisirs, je dois admettre que le service, l'amitié et la courtoisie de ce loisirs étaient seconds à personne. Ils nous ont accueillis avec des boissons complimentaires pour l'ensemble de la famille et nous ont assurés que nous étions tous en sécurité. Le directeur Sir Donald était un très main sur le directeur et ne pouvait plus faire pour aider à rendre notre séjour aussi agréable que possible, tandis que le reste du personnel nous a fait plus que n'importe quel autre hôtel que j'ai jamais séjourné. Les installations de ce resort vous assurent que vous ne vous ennuyez jamais à ce que faire. Je recommande tout à fait que tout le monde qui vient dans cette partie du monde vérifie, vous ne regretterez certainement pas.

Nous avons pris le bus à Bantagas, puis transféré par Jeepny et moto. Il y a une longue marche à pied à la salle et au lobby. La vue était magnifique et le personnel était agréable. Bien sûr la salle est propre et dispose d'un beau balcon. Snorkeling gratuit mais si vous avez besoin de louer des chaussures, 150 pesos pour un couple. Vous devriez peut-être attendre un moment si vous commandez dans le restaurant. Cependant, la nourriture était tout délicieuse.

Il s'agit d'un grand hôtel boutique avec des villas spacieuses adaptées à notre famille. La piscine est grande, l'heure heureuse est un blast 4-6pm quotidien et les chambres sont confortables. Le repas à leur restaurant chaque nuit et la nourriture était bonne. Le service de l'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé dans le centre de la ville.

Il convient aux enfants, la piscine peut être jouée avec désinvolture et il y a un petit kayak qui peut être facilement tiré. Le petit déjeuner est gratuit et il y en a plusieurs sortes au choix. Mais les menus sont tous en anglais, vous devez télécharger la traduction rapide en anglais pour commander. L'environnement est très bon, vous pouvez le voir en ouvrant vous-même la vidéo. Convient pour les vacances et les loisirs, ne convient pas aux trop occupés. A une petite distance de la plage de sable blanc. Mais voyager peut laisser l'hôtel appeler le remorqueur.

Près de la plage de Sabang - 5 minutes à pied en vélo (P25 seulement) ou 25 minutes à pied. Dans une très bonne colline, la baie avec vue sur la mer - belle vue sur la mer. Très propre piscine. Bon WiFi en dehors de la chambre. Avoir un générateur de sauvetage pour un échec fréquent de la puissance - seul problème est que le con air n'est pas disponible quand le générateur est en service. Le personnel est très amiable et offre de bonnes conseils sur les services de tour et de ferry. Fournir des locations de vélo et de tricycle à un prix très raisonnable. La piscine est propre chaque jour et quand vous le demandez, rapidement pour nettoyer la chambre. La propreté est excellente. Bon choix de chaînes de télévision par câble vous resterez certainement avec eux pour mon prochain voyage PG

Our fave place that is “home away from home”. There staff are sooooo nice, very accommodating, polite, helpful and always smiling. I really love their customer service from their resort to The Sands restaurant. We’ll def go back here!

i enjoyed my stay at Crusoe Cabins. The beds and the cabins are clean and comfortable. I like the chair swing in the veranda. I appreciate that the aircons were very cool. I like it that they provide bikes for us to move around. They also has a golf cart that goes around every now and then. Service is good, the staffs are friendly and easy to talk to. Towels are just a little tattered. I love the toiletries though. The beach is clean, not deep. Water was just knee high even if you have walked several feet away. It is good for none swimmers like me. My 93 year old mom even went to the waters and walked several feet away. The pool needs some upkeep. Some paints are chipping already. My son enjoyed the water slide though. It was a nice weekend even if I find the price expensive. I have not gone around but I know there are cheaper resorts in the area. I am just not sure how they compare.

We as permanent senior citizens from Sta.Rosa ,Laguna come to Matabunkay for almost 30 Years . Well this was the last time in Coral Beach! First: the bill of drinks doublet miraculously .My intervention and complain was noticed , We received a new one without the included refund. They thought they can keep the money, because I overtip mostly with 10% .And also no sorry for error! I claimed for refund and asked for at least an apology. Well this happened later numerous times from other employees! Bye the way we expats are often taken as walking ATM machines here . This about the so calld Filipino hospitality. 2. About 11pm I woke up from loud voices with laughing etc. out from the pool. I told them to shut up because I want to sleep .The probably Chinese guy with bacla friends aprouched me agressivly with intention to beat me up. I'm76 year old , with cancer and quite week. I gave up.....and went back to our room .They continued to swim until about 1am! 3.Barely sleeping we left the resort without breakfast around 6'30 Still confused and angry we forgot Phone fast charger and 3m extension Cable. But do you think we got noticed from the staff there ? They have our calling Nr and address.No ! Find out now if you want to go there ! I don't recommend it anymore . My previous reviews always are 5 Star. Now they get 3 !
