Cher monsieur. Jeune d'hôtel Canyon Cove et Spa, je suis écrit pour exprimer ma gratitude pour l'expérience merveilleuse que j'ai eue pendant notre récente séjour à l'hôtel Canyon Cove et Spa. Vous et le personnel de l'hôtel Canyon Cove et du spa étaient exceptionnels dans leur service et nous avons assuré que notre séjour était confortable et agréable. La chambre qui m'a été offerte était propre, spacieuse et bien entretenue. Les chambres étaient de haut niveau et j'ai apprécié les petits touches, comme les toilettes complimentaires, les serviettes fraîches et le lit confortable. La cuisine de l'hôtel était délicieuse et j'ai été impressionné par la variété des plats disponibles. En général, mon séjour à l'hôtel Canyon Cove et Spa a été une expérience mémorable et agréable. Je recommande à tout le monde de trouver un séjour confortable et luxueux dans la région.

Excellente expérience et service chaleureux et très propre chambre et douche. Le temps est super et la lumière et les décorations font une atmosphère romantique la nuit. Vous pouvez avoir deux sensations différentes de la température du jour et de la nuit. Très relaxation voyage.

Tremendously enjoyed our family trip at CaSoBe. Location is quite far, but the trip is worth it. Hotel and facilities are clean. Service is great. The only downside we experienced was that the room vault was malfunctioning. The staff were very helpful to attend to our concern. The best features of the place would be the Aquaria Water Park and the beach.

Sur la salle de repas les serveuses sont hébergées et utiles. Les chambres sont très grandes, bien que nous avons des problèmes dans l'unité AC, il s'est évacué à l'intérieur de la chambre, mais nous avons un changement à une meilleure chambre. Le personnel qui se déplace est également très utile et heureux. Il nous demande même de faire nos photos ensemble autour de la zone. Sur tout le réservation à Cintai Coritos Garden est une expérience mémorable pour nous. Je recommanderais certainement cet endroit à mes amis et à mes parents.

Went to The Farm for the very first time and I fall in love with them because of their Sound Healing activity with LJ Navera. Even our room has NO Hot shower, and even they did not fixed it at the end of the stay, I appreciate their place because of the sound bath of LJ. He is a true professional artist of his craft and having him there is really one of a kind experience The week after I recommend the farm to my friends who wanted to experience Sound Healing from LJ Navera but he isn't there anymore. I don't know what happened but seems like the farm removed this activity from their lists and it's really heartbreaking Without the sound Bath we just saw this farm as an overrated, overpriced place. If u want a massage get ready to pay minimum of 10K php. And BTW we still have the issue of no HOT Shower on our 2nd visit.

My wife and I had a pleasant Valentine's Day excursion at the Coral Beach Club and I will say a bit more about the resort than I usually do. Our first reaction was that there is a lot stuffed into a relatively small space—six buildings with 26 guest rooms, a dining/recreation area, a pool/jacuzzi complex, and a parking area—in 2200 square meters with a 40 meter beach front. Closer observation showed that the resort is well laid out and the plan produces a family-friendly resort with something to entertain virtually all guests. Plus, the resort does not offer day passes so the facilities are never overloaded. As we settled in, we noticed that our room and the facilities are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Linens and towels appear fresh and new, while necessary items (water, instant coffee, soap, shampoo, toothpaste) were delivered to our room every morning. The resort fronts on a public beach which is swept twice a day. Uniformed security officers prevent loitering, while vendors promoting banana boat rides, snorkeling, and floating bamboo platform rentals are courteous and helpful. Prices seem to be set by the LGU so there isn't much point in negotiating and there is little danger of being over charged. We rented a floating bamboo platform for a day (P1500) and couldn't have been happier. When necessary, the vendor trooped to the store for us and moved our platform on request so we could see more of the coral, The dining/recreation area deserves special mention. The staff are uniformly friendly and helpful, and the menu is a delight. There are items for every taste and budget: kiddie hot dogs up to adult priced steaks (which are imported from the United States). For Valentine's dinner, my wife had a tasty rib eye steak while I enjoyed a wonderful salmon filet. Breakfasts were included with our package and my wife and I both enjoyed the Full American Breakfast. Staff members were able to add a couple extra pieces of toast and an extra cup of coffee when I asked. The facilities are smoke free, but designated smoking areas are conveniently located throughout. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return with friends and family.

Checked in: Jan 25, 2021 Time: 9:51 PM Deluxe Room 12hrs Me and my partner checked-in at this hotel late at night since it was the decent one we found near the grand terminal. The room given to us was clean but the floor was really sticky. We remember checking in at around 10pm but I had to call the front desk the next morning (9am) just to make sure I'm not mistaken since they did not provide us any checkout information when we paid for our room. The girl who I spoke to said we checked in at 9pm and they will only allow a 15min grace period for us to pack up and leave right away. I asked how much it will cost for us to have an additional hour so we can eat breakfast but the girl said she is not sure of how and that she will need to call us back. After a few minutes she called back and said we need to pay 180PHP for another hour to spend at the hotel. My partner was the one who answered the call and agreed so that they would let us stay until 10am. They DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS, only cup noodles and junk food so we had to order food delivery. My partner went down the lobby to get our breakfast from the delivery guy and also spoke to the receptionist to confirm what was our check-in time last night. She was told it was 9:51PM and not 9PM contrary to what she told me when I called. After eating we packed up our things and went down right away so that we no longer need to extend an additional hour on our stay. The receptionist told us we still need to pay 180PHP even though we did not consume the 1hr extension since it was already recorded on their system. I argued but had to pay since we were on a hurry. TLDR: WE WERE ASKED TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA HOUR ON OUR STAY EVEN THOUGH WE CHECKED OUT ON TIME. THEY DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS. THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY AND PROPERLY TRAINES, EVEN THE GUARD WHO KEPT ON STARING AT US. P.S I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE ACTION AND TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE TO BE PROFESSIONAL. CUSTOMER RELATIONS NEED IMPROVEMENT. THE RECEPTIONIST IS INCONSIDERATE.

Me my partner and our 2 kids just recently visited this place. The hotel room is quite enough soace for the 4 of us. It was comfortable complete with lounge sofas on the balcony. Room service is delightful you can order from the 2 restaurants and deliver to your cabin. the sheets were clean and the very comfy to sleep in. The staff were very friendly and we were treated like royals. Very welcoming and accommodating. The receptionist even have us free breakfast vouchers which is fantastic. The pools were great and clean. We were able to use the slide it was fun. My kids enjoyed it. The ocean is also clean. They make time to clean the seashore which I think is superb. The wifi is working and you can have acxess in the entire resort not just in your room.pets are very welcome. They have caddies to take from point A to b. We also got free ice cream. Carmelas was the brand I think. Honest reviews For the restaurant barbossa. Not enough choices on the menu and very pricey. But the other restaurant which served us breakfast is great. Our tv cant connect to netflix. Not much of a big deal just so happens we want to watch the last 2 episodes of bloodhounds. Still manageable. The telephone signal to the reception is poor. We had to redial 3x to be able to speak to the staff They have a free bike for each cabin to use. But ours was gone after we had dinner. not sure if our neighbor cabin borrowed it. All in all i will still give it a 10 beacuse the staff were very friendly we will be visting again definitely

Pour 2,5 heures de route de Manille, vous arrivez à cette belle propriété avec de superbes vues et une bonne plage. Le service était excellent car ils ont essayé de répondre aux demandes. Le personnel du restaurant était très attentionné. Un merci spécial à Alex de F&B qui a organisé un beau dîner sous le ciel pour nous. C'était sous l'arbre, surplombant la piscine à débordement et la péninsule. C'était beau. De plus, si les casitas avec vue sur la mer sont disponibles, essayez de les réserver car elles offrent une bonne vue sur l'océan et une bonne ambiance.

It was wonderful experience in Altamare, even though the location is isolated from the city, it is worth to stay here. I have tried most food while we are staying here, and all of them are taste good and hygiene. Outside pool is clean and beautiful, you can see the sunset every evening. If you join the scuba diving, you will see many beautiful corals and small and big fish, even turtle (if you are in a right timing) Doing Snorkeling is also recommended. Satffs are very kind and friendly. But the wifi signal in the room was poor.
