Cet hôtel est magnifique! Meilleur pour les affaires et les séjours familiaux. Tout est à l'intérieur de l'hôtel, il ya un restaurant, un café et un bar, une zone de jeu, une salle de sport, une sauna, un spa, des centres d'événements, des salles de réunion, et même un magasin de meubles que vous pouvez acheter.

The whole room is clean. Staff are all well -accomodating. No id policy is good to avoid unwanted guests. Location is great. To step up more ;change old slippers to new ones. use toothpaste in sachet... mini tube toothpaste is too little... use some fragrant air freshners in the room.. change the shower.. it sprinkled too little water which makes bath uncomfortable. Above all, This hotel deserve my 3 .5 stars out of 5.

First, I would like to commend the male receptionist who assisted our check-in on Dec. 31, 2022, including those attendants who help us in our luggage and those in charge in buffet breakfast . They are so accomodating, responsive and very resposible doing their work.Good job and keep it up. Next, our room is clean, classy with cold aircon and a taal view. CONS are; 1. No wifi 2. Weak signal to all network even using our own data 3. Occasional brownout Over all, we really enjoyed our stay and affordable plus the fact that we celebrate our new year well.

D'accord, commencez par les points de vue. Le lieu est bon, le personnel est très confortable et gentil. Ils ont beaucoup de chalets, station de grilling et toilette/douche, donc vous n'avez pas besoin de vous inquiéter pendant la saison de pic. La place est propre même quand il y a des chiens égarés en dehors de la plage. Ils veillent à ce qu'aucun extérieur ne soit animal ou les gens entrent sans leur autorité. Maintenant pour la partie négative ou nécessite une amélioration. IL Y A TIANT DE FLIES !! Comme ça devint détestable, nous sommes arrivés à 8 h, nous avons commencé à grillage à 9 h, nous avons mangé après et nous avons fait une baignade à environ 2 h à 6 h et quand nous sommes revenus, il y a des volailles qui se dressent à nos aliments et nous avons commencé à mettre des œufs.. gross!! L'eau de piscine n'est pas claire. Ils changent d'eau pour leur piscine tous les 6mos, comme l'a dit le serveur de la piscine, j'ai vu un rocher mort flotter. Ils ont un fan commercial mais ne peuvent qu'accueillir un cottage. Ok, quand nous sommes arrivés, ils nous ont aidé avec le trolley, mais comme nous étions sur le point de partir, ils ont juste donné le trolley à mon fils 14yo. Je suis déçu de savoir que j'étais avec 3 personnes âgées et 1 est un patient de cancer que je leur ai clairement expliqué, moi-même et 14yo fils. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons eu un bon séjour, juste quelques choses pour améliorer en particulier la prévention des insectes.

I was amazed when I first laid eyes on it. PonteFino Hotel is absolutely incredible! My family and I had an amazing time. The amenities are top-notch, the staff is extremely accommodating, and the food is delicious. We will definitely be returning!

Checked in: Jan 25, 2021 Time: 9:51 PM Deluxe Room 12hrs Me and my partner checked-in at this hotel late at night since it was the decent one we found near the grand terminal. The room given to us was clean but the floor was really sticky. We remember checking in at around 10pm but I had to call the front desk the next morning (9am) just to make sure I'm not mistaken since they did not provide us any checkout information when we paid for our room. The girl who I spoke to said we checked in at 9pm and they will only allow a 15min grace period for us to pack up and leave right away. I asked how much it will cost for us to have an additional hour so we can eat breakfast but the girl said she is not sure of how and that she will need to call us back. After a few minutes she called back and said we need to pay 180PHP for another hour to spend at the hotel. My partner was the one who answered the call and agreed so that they would let us stay until 10am. They DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS, only cup noodles and junk food so we had to order food delivery. My partner went down the lobby to get our breakfast from the delivery guy and also spoke to the receptionist to confirm what was our check-in time last night. She was told it was 9:51PM and not 9PM contrary to what she told me when I called. After eating we packed up our things and went down right away so that we no longer need to extend an additional hour on our stay. The receptionist told us we still need to pay 180PHP even though we did not consume the 1hr extension since it was already recorded on their system. I argued but had to pay since we were on a hurry. TLDR: WE WERE ASKED TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA HOUR ON OUR STAY EVEN THOUGH WE CHECKED OUT ON TIME. THEY DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS. THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY AND PROPERLY TRAINES, EVEN THE GUARD WHO KEPT ON STARING AT US. P.S I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE ACTION AND TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE TO BE PROFESSIONAL. CUSTOMER RELATIONS NEED IMPROVEMENT. THE RECEPTIONIST IS INCONSIDERATE.

Le Cocoon est un petit, mais c'est la raison principale pour laquelle il est appelé un cocoon et c'est un hôtel conceptuel très répandu. Ils remplissent quotidiennement les toilettes, le café, l'eau à l'intérieur de la chambre. Ils changent les serviettes à la demande qui est bon car je ne suis pas un fan de la hangare des serviettes en dehors des chambres d'hôtel. Le lit, les pièges et le tuyau étaient confortables et de bonne qualité. Il serait préférable qu'il y ait au moins des gants pour vêtements à l'intérieur des chambres. Le rug de sol devrait également être dans la chambre à l'entrée, nous devions le demander mais ils l'ont donné immédiatement. Si vous avez une façon de traiter la penchant des vêtements et des serviettes en dehors des chambres, ce serait bon car il retire la beauté des cocoons. Peut-être une corde de vêtements derrière les cocoons, pas sûr si cela fonctionnerait. Les salles de bains étaient propres et bien entretenues. Il y a des toilettes communes près des cocoons, donc pour trouver un ne sera pas un problème. La plage est aussi propre et certainement ”baignable”. Le petit déjeuner à The Sands était bon, mais le petit déjeuner au Captain Barbozza était merveilleux! Avoir dîné à Captain B deux fois et aimé la nourriture, les boissons et l'atmosphère. 10/10! Globalement, c'était une grande expérience glamoureuse.

C'est étonnant de rencontrer la première fois que la chambre réservée est en fait à l'aise de quatre personnes, mais il a prescrit que deux personnes pouvaient être réservées, puis il est venu pour recevoir plus de deux personnes, peut-être d'autres aspects, le séjour devant n'est pas très bon, Cette stratégie n'est pas très bonne. D'autres aspects sont bons, voir le soleil est bon, l'environnement est bon, et ne sont pas très aimables de prendre des enfants.

I stayed twice in 2 weeks and I was glad my previous establishment had bad service levels . I was recommended by a local person and from get-go the front of staff was keen to show me the available rooms. The pricing was very good for the level of service and more than adequate accomodation . check-in went quickly & smoothly and special request for a chair to be placed in the shower & additional pillows [ I am physically challenged ] was quickly responded to. The room was very clean & functional with a kettle, 2 bottles of water and sachets of coffee, sugar & creamer. The lock-box / room safe was key operated but large enough to store a laptop and a tablet and all other items. Was good to have a shower {after diving } with almost regular hot water. I showed the Lady attending to me how to make a Martini Espresso and she made it perfectly. Other cocktails were also very good. The chef was more than happy to cook what we suggested and or fresh ingredients bought as I was craving for Fresh ****ake Mushrooms and Vegetable Soup which he delivered perfectly. I was more than happy to wait for the chef to finish whatever I ordered as every meal was satisfactory and well priced. Additional request for transport was handled well & timeously. I would definitely return to stay at this venue and I am hoping by then that all building / alteration work has been completed as this was the only downside & a heads-up would have been good although even during the day I slept well throughout the building work taking place.

Me my partner and our 2 kids just recently visited this place. The hotel room is quite enough soace for the 4 of us. It was comfortable complete with lounge sofas on the balcony. Room service is delightful you can order from the 2 restaurants and deliver to your cabin. the sheets were clean and the very comfy to sleep in. The staff were very friendly and we were treated like royals. Very welcoming and accommodating. The receptionist even have us free breakfast vouchers which is fantastic. The pools were great and clean. We were able to use the slide it was fun. My kids enjoyed it. The ocean is also clean. They make time to clean the seashore which I think is superb. The wifi is working and you can have acxess in the entire resort not just in your room.pets are very welcome. They have caddies to take from point A to b. We also got free ice cream. Carmelas was the brand I think. Honest reviews For the restaurant barbossa. Not enough choices on the menu and very pricey. But the other restaurant which served us breakfast is great. Our tv cant connect to netflix. Not much of a big deal just so happens we want to watch the last 2 episodes of bloodhounds. Still manageable. The telephone signal to the reception is poor. We had to redial 3x to be able to speak to the staff They have a free bike for each cabin to use. But ours was gone after we had dinner. not sure if our neighbor cabin borrowed it. All in all i will still give it a 10 beacuse the staff were very friendly we will be visting again definitely
