Absolutely great customer service from the arrival greetings from lovely receptionist Zoe and duty manager Andy whose hospitality was awesome. To the lovely housekeeper Bernie who stocked up on my chamoline teas and Scottish honey, to Shaine the waitress at breakfast, the lovely maintance man and the lovely duty manager Scott who went above and beyond his duties on my departure.
