Rifai et septian sont si merveilleux, ils reconnaissent toutes les petites choses que je veux.. Ils sont amis ils nous ont pris soin.. nous les apprécions vraiment. Ils m'achètent même des médicaments pour ma douleur thummy.. Ils ont vraiment un bon leadership, espérant que tout le personnel suivra son exemple. Ils sont un modèle de rôle. Ils méritent une promotion.

Ce soir est notre dernière nuit ici à Eska. Tout va bien. Chauffage de l'eau, serviettes épaisses (certains hôtels ont des serviettes très fines), sèche-cheveux. A/C fonctionnait bien. Mini-frigo était ok. Pas si froid. Pas de goût amusant dans la chambre & salle de bain, propre. Lobby est propre. L'équipe de garde-fous était grande. Le petit déjeuner était bon aussi. Le lit n'était pas mauvais($40+, oui). Seuls les coussins tu. Je trouve qu'il est assez plat. Haha. Et Kepri Mall est fermé permanent. Alors, son petit calme. Je vous suggère de vous procurer une carte prépayée pour les données*obtenir une plus grande Gb, si vous aimez regarder Netflix ou des vidéos*. Juste à l'attente. Heh! Nous sommes arrivés le vendredi après-midi, la connexion Wifi, la télévision était tout à fait bien. Mais, quand nous sommes revenus cette nuit prolly autour de 10pm ish. il n'y a aucune connexion Wifi jusqu'à la prochaine mng. Mais maintenant, 12.38am, Sat night. Wifi était bon. Idk soit la connexion soit quoi. J'ai juste utilisé mes données hier 😅 pour surfer l'internet. Nous n'avons pas essayé le spa ici, parce que nous avions notre lieu de massage régulier ailleurs. Et il y a un restaurant au sommet du toit. Très bien. Mais n'a pas eu la chance de s'asseoir là, comme la pluie. Oui. Généralement, il vaut la peine de séjour. Seul le Wifi.

Grand hôtel qui est proche des centres d'accueil. Bon emplacement, car il est à environ 5 minutes à pied de deux centres d'accueil qui sont grand batam et bcs. Personnel amiable et la sécurité étaient utiles et toujours à l'entrée. La grande piscine, la chambre est propre et le petit déjeuner était bon pour moi, car je ne suis pas si fussy. Globalement un séjour agréable pour moi et ma famille pendant 3 jours.

Première fois pour nous en Indonésie et un sans faute de la part de l'hôtel. Dès notre arrivée (tardive) nous avons eu à faire à un réceptionniste très avenant qui a su nous trouver une solution rapide à un problème de réservation. L'état de l'hôtel était irréprochable (type de logement, propreté etc.) Nous avions une formule avec petit déjeuner, et encore une fois l'équipe en place au restaurant fût très serviable et arrangeante. En effet nous avions plusieurs fois été amené à apporter des modifications au menu qu'ils ont effectué sans problèmes. L'ensemble des personnes de l'hôtel répondent à vos demandes avec une rapidité et une efficacité déconcertantes. J'espère de tout coeur pouvoir revenir le plus souvent possible. Merci pour tout.

Very good experience for my first time staying at Ando. Selected Ando after reading good reviews and on my arrival, didn’t know that Nagoya Mall is just a walking distance away. About 2 minutes across the road, and not forgetting there’s a convenience store next door. Did my proper check-in and gotten my room around 5 plus after doing my nails and did some shopping too. As my newly bought slipper (hook) came off, the staff provided me with the cable ties to securely salvage my shoe. Credits to the staff on duty on Saturday night. Will definitely book here again for my next trip. Side tip: Always go for grab and its very accessible!

Good business hotel laying in the heart of Batam Centre. Room is clean and the closets smell like new. Toilet have integrated bidet and is, as well as the shower, well maintained. Breakfast is nice with a various choice of local and western meals. Served by motivated personell who will help you when you need them. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I feel that the price / quality is not really correct. In my opinion the price is too high especially when you have to pay extra for breakfast. If you're a businessman this will be the perfect hotel to stay for you. For leisure it's also a good hotel, but there are other hotels over there who will offer you enough for 50% of the price I paid for this hotel.

Stayed between 12 - 14 Dec 2022. The hotel is about 5 mins walk away from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. There are 2 Circle K across the hotel and the stretch of seaside restaurants (Wey Wey, Alco) is about 2 mins away. Nearest supermarket, Go Go Supermart is located approximately 5 mins walk away from the hotel, located beside Swiss-Bell Hotel and underneath the defunct Harbour Bay Mall. Hotel's Front Desk is friendly and able to communicate in English. I was asked to consider upgrading my room at a special price (~S$9) as the room I booked was small. I agreed since the offer was much larger and came with a balcony. Regrettably, my room was only ready at about 3.30pm, 30mins after the check-in time at 3pm. My Room (207) is in a slightly run down condition with uneven floor tiles, cracks and paint peeling on the walls, water ponding at the toilet drain outlet next to the toilet bowl. The cleanliness is bad too with stains on the covers of the bed, pillows, blanket. The furniture surfaces in the room and balcony were dusty. Water pressure in the shower was adequate but the hot water only lasted for about 5 mins. Bath towels were unavailable during check in and only available at 4pm according to Housekeeping. I left for dinner at around 5pm and the towels weren't delivered yet. Thankfully, they were there when I came back. The view on my balcony was partially obstructed by the hotel's signboard as it is located directly above the hotel's arrival lobby. The corridor was dark most of the time with only lights at both ends. During my stay, I've only encountered the lights for the whole corridor switched around 7pm only on one evening. Breakfast is provided Sweet Corner Restaurant at Level 1 of the hotel between 7am to 11am. The food was simple with options of rice, noodles, porridge, white bread with condiments. Style of the staples and complimenting dishes varies daily. Eggs can be ordered from the staff. Choices available were Sunny Side Up, Soft Boiled, Omelette. The options for beverages were tea, coffee, and orange juice made from highly watered down concentrated syrup. I also have 2 of my lunches there; once while waiting for check-in and once before check-out. Staff were not eager to serve though but still gets your order right. Waiting time for my lunch to be served was about 10 mins. Located at Level 1 is also Alamanda Spa & Massage, which offers various types of massages and spa treatments. They have a beautiful section on the rooftop of the hotel but it could be only used for the higher tiered packages as I was always led to the rooms at Level 1 twice for my Tradition Full Body and Totok Wajah massages. Grab can pick up at the hotel. Please note that Grab are not able to pick up passengers at the Ferry Terminal and some Hotels and Shopping Malls. You might have to walk a distance away from these locations to board. Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and Batam City Square Mall (BCM) have dedicated Grab Points at the Pintu Timur (East Entrance)

J'y suis allé avec peu d'attentes à cause des critiques sur TripAdvisor. Mais je pense que l'hôtel est plutôt bien dans l'ensemble. Oui, l'hôtel est un peu vieux et les draps peuvent avoir une petite tache, mais j'ai été agréablement surpris de constater que leur lit jumeau est en fait un lit queen-size et un lit simple. Leurs chambres sont également meublées avec des meubles principalement en bois. Une autre chose que j'aime vraiment, c'est la climatisation, elle est très forte et très froide. Nous nous sommes enveloppés dans la couverture comme un burrito. Une petite chose à noter est peut-être que même s'il y a des panneaux « interdiction de fumer » dans les ascenseurs, il y a encore des voyageurs qui fument ouvertement à l'intérieur. Mais à part ça, je pense que l’hôtel est globalement correct. C'est également assez sécurisé, car vous devez scanner la carte de la chambre avant de sélectionner le niveau auquel vous souhaitez accéder. Il y a aussi un Macdonalds à proximité, il suffit de traverser la route.

I and my wife finally booked and had a chance to stay in Harmoni One Hotel. It was a crowded and busy place before covid-19 outbreak. Proud to see how this hotel still struggle to survive, but also sad at the same time witnessing how empty and quite this place now. Harmoni One still operates hotel room for guesses at 2nd floor. We heard and saw 1-2 other guess at our floor. We stayed in Room 210, deluxed room including breakfast. with wide glass window facing to under construction of Batam One Mall and bushes of surrounding old area. Checked in 5/May/2021 for a nght stay. Thank you to Ms. Rita, he front desk staff who was kindl assited us during check in and make sure our needs in the room is fulfilled. Hotel building looks luxury, located close to Lottemart and Sundanese Warung. Room was spacious, with king size bed, sofa bed ,furniture, mini bar, complimentary coffee/tea and water kettle. Surprising to have a bathtub...so the toilet itself has almost half of bed room's size. However, we understood this hotel is not new, so old carpet smell is unavoided. Internet was good and strong. Room has tv cable with 40 local and foreign channels. They served the breakfast by ala carte menu for main course and fruits, and let bread/toast, juices, coffee/tea stall open for self service. Nasi goreng was good and tasty. The staffs on duty and 1 high shool trainee available on-spot to help. Swimming pool and fitness center at 6th floor are open 9AM-6PM, but we did not try it because this place seems not attended by any staff. We can sleep well in the room. Thank you for the staying experience in this hotel, and wish all the best for the management and staffs to keep their spirit high in serving during this trying condition. Nous avons séjourné en famille de 3 pour 2 nuits. La chambre était propre et propre. L'entrée était rapide et sans problème. Le personnel était utile et amiable. La location de la villa est bonne, à pied à proximité du restaurant de la mer. La distance parcourue par les centres commerciaux n'est pas trop loin, car vous pouvez facilement obtenir un Gojek. Il est à environ 6 km de la station BCS et A2 cour alimentaire. Un côté en bas, je pense, c'est l'absence de variété pour le petit déjeuner, il serait bon si il y ait une diffusion de buffet. La musique du café/bar voisin était assez loud jusqu'à ce que cela pourrait perturber les invités qui peuvent être là pour refroidir n relax. Il ne m'a pas très mal, je suis probablement fatigué si bien dormi. Globalement une expérience agréable de séjour dans cet hôtel. Recommandé pour les couples qui souhaitent avoir un geste romantique.
