Mmrs.mashMy stay at The Singhasari Resort Batu Malang was absolutely wonderful—this resort truly knows how to blend luxury with the natural beauty of Batu. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the grand, yet welcoming ambiance. The resort is surrounded by stunning mountain views, and the fresh air instantly made me feel relaxed and recharged.
My room was spacious and beautifully decorated with a mix of modern and traditional Javanese elements. The private balcony was a standout, offering a breathtaking view of the mountains and lush gardens, perfect for unwinding. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all amenities were thoughtfully provided, from plush robes to a well-stocked minibar.
One of the highlights was the pool area, which felt like a serene oasis. I also enjoyed the wide range of activities offered—from tennis courts and a mini-golf area to a well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with an array of both Indonesian and Western options, all fresh and delicious.
The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, always ready with a smile and eager to help with any request. The location is ideal for exploring Batu’s attractions, like Jatim Park and Batu Night Spectacular, all within a short drive.
Overall, The Singhasari Resort Batu Malang offered a perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and convenience. It’s an ideal getaway for anyone looking to relax in beautiful surroundings with exceptional service. I would love to return and highly recommend it!

MMiliesService amical, chambres avec vue agréable. La cuisine du Skydome est délicieuse compte tenu du prix et du service. Malheureusement, le petit-déjeuner est décevant. Le choix est moindre que lors de notre dernière visite. Le plus décevant est la saleté, la présence de mouches et, à deux reprises, de petits cafards ont été trouvés près des plats. Malgré mon signalement au personnel, ils n'ont pas réussi à les attraper, et les insectes étaient toujours là. De plus, de la glace est en vente au milieu de la salle de petit-déjeuner ; il est très contraire à l'éthique de vouloir en vendre dans une salle payante. Existe-t-il vraiment un hôtel qui vend de la glace dans cette salle ? Les conditions de petit-déjeuner ne sont pas adaptées à un hôtel 5 étoiles.

IInvitéIt should be a good hotel with a nice facilities and views, but be careful when you visit when there are other groups of people holding a party. It was very disappointing that early in the morning at around 7 AM, the group of people who hold a party made a stupid balloon game right in front of your room. They blew the balloons using their butts and the sounds were VERY VERY DISTURBING. The managemenf of the hotel seemed let them do the balloon game thing regardless the other guest who were still sleeping in the morning. I was staying there at 15 October 2022, and WILL NOT stay again in this hotel.

Pour le présent cadeau de snack, vous obtiendrez à Toko oleh-oleh paradis et Ken dedes, et aussi près de kripik pomme et nangka usine à domicile avec marque LEO au lieu de gang kripik

MMOHAMED ALIFFI BINThe front desk staff is not customer-friendly and appeared very grudgy when told that the room access card was faulty as it did not work when I tried to scan it inside the elevator to access to my room floor. Instead of exploring what could be the issue, the staff simply told me to use the other elevator instead. When I asked her if I would face the same problem accessing my room with the card, she got annoyed and told me off that the system indicated its OK.
Although it was a bad experience during check in, we were impressed with the food spread offered for breakfast. Love the food varieties and the charming set up in the restaurant overlooking the mountains.

Waking up to the breathtaking sight of not just one but two mountains was an unforgettable experience.
The cold weather added to the charm, especially when it drizzled lightly, creating a peaceful, gloomy atmosphere. Sitting on the balcony with a warm cup of coffee (or even ice coffee for a refreshing twist) while watching people swim below was incredibly relaxing. The twinkling lights from the locals’ homes in the distance made the view even more magical at night.
As for the hotel itself, there's nothing to worry about. It’s clean, comfortable, and surprisingly affordable. If you're looking for a budget-friendly yet romantic stay with a stunning view, this place is definitely worth considering.

Le baignoire n'a pas de sanitaire à main,
Même si c'est sur une roche, il n'est pas aussi froid que nous habitions dans la ville quand le climatiseur est un peu chaud parce que la chambre n'a pas l'AC.
La fenêtre était un peu trop lumineuse parce qu'il n'y avait pas de cortina, jusqu'à 6 h, je ne pouvais pas dormir parce qu'il était très lumineuse,
Peut-être serait-il bon que l'oxygène soit deux sessions, la nuit et le matin.
La villa avec 2 ou 3 chambres (1 personne) onsen avec koq est assez étroite ya
Le petit déjeuner était tout froid (en fait, nous sommes allés au restaurant pour 9 h 30 un petit déjeuner de riz), mais le dîner de cette classe a un chauffage, et j'ai trouvé deux cheveux dans 2 plats différents,
S'il vous plaît, gardez-le propre.
Sur tout cela, c'est juste un peu d'entrée, un peu.
Je suis sûr qu'il est toujours un et je serai de retour quand j'aurai une chance

FFamilyTravelerHotel lama yang diganti konsep theme park hotel. Sayangnya masih belum terlalu siap untuk itu. Kamar mandi kamar ditempat saya menginap plafondnya sudah berjamur dan kayunya ada yg sedikit mengelupas. Banyak patung jd terkesan horor. Meskipun pelayannya ramah, tapi terlihat kurang staff untuk hotel dan wahana sebanyak itu sehingga berpengaruh juga ke kebersihan hotel yg harusnya bisa maksimal.

WworldwidewhatLocation seems ok the front of the hotel and public areas are almost spotless rooms on 2nd floor dua lantai have small balcony with 2 seats and a table 😀 great the room we booked had ac hot and cold water small tv connected to satellite the ac was not that good and actually heated the room regardless what setting i put it 16c cool the shower head was blocked so didn't work i reported both the problems to front desk the actually fixed it so that was good the staff can speak English. As for going bed me and my mrs notice ants emerging from near bathroom area and under the bed this episode was odd lasted 2 hours then restarted again about 7am we had no food in the room seems to happen after use of the bathroom shower as we was here for 1 night it was pointless complaining my advice always bring a can of bygon with you to low cost hotels warning they don't have elevator in the hotel so not a good idea for older people or disabled they have a nice pool area .in your room no fridge as for the tv set up you have start it up yourself saving grace is that they have wifi 😀 .the breakfast was ok glasses was very small like mouth wash cup smsll 4 of those glasses make a small decent glass of juice
