Overall, it was a pleasant stay with some standout aspects and a few areas that could be improved. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were spotless, and the attention to detail was impressive. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job, ensuring that the room was always tidy and well-maintained. The common areas, including the lobby and the pool area, were equally well-kept. This level of cleanliness made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The location of BreakX Hotel is quite good, away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough by Grab. While it may not be in the absolute heart of the tourist district, it is still very accessible and offers a good balance between convenience and a quieter stay. The service at BreakX Hotel was average. While the staff were generally friendly and welcoming, there were a few instances where the level of service could have been better. The front desk staff was not efficient or friendly with check-in procedures. However, the majority of staff were always willing to help and did their best to accommodate any requests.

The check in service is at Level 9 and everything is smooth, room is spacious and clean. Need to pay 1 time off parking fees which is RM 10 and validate tng/cc at Level G each time you want to go out

We had a great stay at BreakX Hotel Penang! The room was spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed with a modern touch. It came with two queen beds, which was perfect and very comfortable for the four of us. The price was reasonable for the size and quality of the room. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was the soundproofing — we could hear kids crying and people talking from the room opposite, which was a bit disruptive at times. Overall, a pleasant experience and we would still consider staying again!

The hotel is spacious and sparkling clean. Well equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities, cafe and swimming pool is great too! Will definitely come back again.

Huge and spacious room, modern design and very chic lobby/cafe! But the water pressure in the shower is terrible. Also it is quite see-through for the shower and toilet, making it uncomfortable if staying with parents or friends. The parking exit is very narrow and steep. Do note that if you are driving a large and wide car.
