Checked in: Jan 25, 2021 Time: 9:51 PM Deluxe Room 12hrs Me and my partner checked-in at this hotel late at night since it was the decent one we found near the grand terminal. The room given to us was clean but the floor was really sticky. We remember checking in at around 10pm but I had to call the front desk the next morning (9am) just to make sure I'm not mistaken since they did not provide us any checkout information when we paid for our room. The girl who I spoke to said we checked in at 9pm and they will only allow a 15min grace period for us to pack up and leave right away. I asked how much it will cost for us to have an additional hour so we can eat breakfast but the girl said she is not sure of how and that she will need to call us back. After a few minutes she called back and said we need to pay 180PHP for another hour to spend at the hotel. My partner was the one who answered the call and agreed so that they would let us stay until 10am. They DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS, only cup noodles and junk food so we had to order food delivery. My partner went down the lobby to get our breakfast from the delivery guy and also spoke to the receptionist to confirm what was our check-in time last night. She was told it was 9:51PM and not 9PM contrary to what she told me when I called. After eating we packed up our things and went down right away so that we no longer need to extend an additional hour on our stay. The receptionist told us we still need to pay 180PHP even though we did not consume the 1hr extension since it was already recorded on their system. I argued but had to pay since we were on a hurry. TLDR: WE WERE ASKED TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA HOUR ON OUR STAY EVEN THOUGH WE CHECKED OUT ON TIME. THEY DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS. THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY AND PROPERLY TRAINES, EVEN THE GUARD WHO KEPT ON STARING AT US. P.S I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE ACTION AND TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE TO BE PROFESSIONAL. CUSTOMER RELATIONS NEED IMPROVEMENT. THE RECEPTIONIST IS INCONSIDERATE.

Le séjour ici est un peu rare, près du SM Batangas. En ce qui concerne leurs services, il est normal que parfois en raison de la pénurie d' employés ( un seul employé est sur le bureau frontal ) , leurs services ne sont pas ce que vous pensez être si rapide. Il faut encore un bouquet et une tasse toujours disponibles dans la salle de douche/comfort à utiliser. Il doit y avoir un distributeur d'eau sur chaque étage.

I was amazed when I first laid eyes on it. PonteFino Hotel is absolutely incredible! My family and I had an amazing time. The amenities are top-notch, the staff is extremely accommodating, and the food is delicious. We will definitely be returning!

It is a bit pity that we came during the windy time, but we still enjoyed the short stay in the weekend! We planned to have some water activities, but the water current is strong, and we can only admire the sea view, but not able to go inside. Even so, we made some friends with other resort guests during our stay. The resort has quite many choices of food, and drinks! Rooms are spacious and clean! Hope to come back soon to swim and snorkel!

Location - This place is not that far from the Metro. Madali din lang syang mahanap through waze. Rooms - Rooms are exquisite. May bath tub for family rooms. Sobrang ganda ng ambience. Medyo mahal nga lang yung mga rooms and di pa kasama ang breakfast. Kumpleto toiletries when you go here. So no need to worry for your towels, shampoo and soap. Vibe - If you are looking for a place with a touch of Santorini, then this place is for you. konte lang tao when we visited so it doesnt feel crowed. For me, the vibe feels luxurious and not cheap. Activities - Free kayak and snorkling, so we availed those. Ang bait pa ng nag assist samen na si Kuya Janjan. Then he offered island hopping and snorkling ulit. Sulit naman. just ask kung magkano, standard naman yung rates. Mas mahal pag fri-sun. We visited an island with white sand beach. pang puno sa mga pics namin. Service - When we arrived, ramdam na agad namin ang warmth ng mga tao. halos lahat binabati kame from front desk at sa mga nag assist samin going to our room. Sa Greeka restaurant, ang babait din ng mga staff. 2nd day namin and alam nila na kakain kame meron na naka save na table for us. sina Rommel, Kevin and Joel ang nag assist samen. we reuqested for additional sabaw ng sinigang, and di sila nagdalawang isip na bigyan kame. may complimentary pa kame na leche flan from sir roger! tapos sa swimming area, again si kuya janjan ang masugid na bantay. sya din sumama samen sa island hopping. makulit, makwento at binantayan naman kame. maayos din kumuha ng picture!!! All i can say is thank you sa lahat ng staff! they will really make your vacation memorable. Food - you only have 1 choice of resto here, Greeka. i should say masarap yung pinoy options nila especially yung pork sisig. so so yung pizza and pasta nila, kaya isang beses lang namin inorder. pwede kayo magdala ng light snacks pero wag lang alcoholic drinks. medyo mahal lang alcohol, so chill lang kme sa inuman. Safety - i feel safe here. Pagdating mo sa room, meron silang sanitizing kit. lahat ng staff naka face mask and readily available ang sanitizer. regular din yung fogging nila ng common areas. Overall, this is a place worth the try. malapit lang sa manila. a bit pricey pero worth it naman and hindi ganun kamahal compared sa other resorts sa batangas. lastly, ang babait ng staff so sulit ka sa bakasyon mo!

The staff of Eagle Point Resort was excellent and pleasant. They were very welcoming and accomodationg. Everyone was caring about our needs to ensure that we were enjoying our stay. Location is good, the staff is courteous, the facilities were awesome. I would definitely recommend Eagle Point Resort as it is a great place for guests to relax and enjoy themselves.

Je suis allé sur un voyage en plongée organisé par les habitants de Malaisie à Planet Dive. Les chambres sont équipées de vos besoins, sauf vos propres besoins essentiels pour la nettoyage et pour l'utilisation personnelle. Ils ont des chambres. Je dois dire que c'était assez confortable pour moi. La cuisine pour moi était grande. J'ai beaucoup aimé ça parce que je ne m'attendais pas à la variété du service qui vient avec des jus de diff presque tous les jours. J'ai aimé la nourriture de pinoy parce qu'elle n'était pas étrange pour moi. Vous obtenez le meilleur soir ici ...absolue soir ! Les points de plongée à Anilao ne vous échouent pas, il y a tellement à trouver et ceux qui ne sont pas avec les caméras sont conseillés de porter un verre magnifique. Le service de la mer est très bien, mais pas fantastique, si vous n'êtes pas confortable avec elle, peut-être louer de votre propre fournisseur local de mer. Je ne pense pas qu'ils veulent que vous ayez quelque chose à faire ? Je ne veux pas la posséder, donc j'ai choisi de faire confiance à l'équipement. Vérifiez-le soigneusement pendant votre check-out de plongée afin que vous puissiez demander de remplacer après cela. Je crois que c'est tout sur les compétences. Nous avons couru d' eau un jour, utilisez l' eau sagement !

My dog and I were actually celebrating our birthday during the stay. We arrived around 8:30pm as we had some errands before going to the resort. As for the room, WOW! So happy it’s just 1st floor and has breathtaking seaview since I have senior mom with me. The location is actually a little bit far but it’s understandable since it’s a diving spot. I really love that it’s almost a secluded place. The beach is not crowded and it’s beside the 5-star resort, so called Vivere. The service is great, however, the reception is so hard to reach. Their mobile number is not working, I think? Plus the telephone in the room. ‘Cause everytime I dial, it doesn’t push through. Just a suggestion, since the front desk is not 24/7, atleast improve the communication service with the reception using other platform like social media or messaging app to address guests’ concern. Cleanliness, it’s good but I spotted some stains in the linens, particularly with the duvet cover and flat sheet. It was an old stain which I think laundry can no longer remove it. But it didn’t bother me at all, so long it’s not blood. For the amenities, highly recommended! You don’t have to look for anything else because they have it in the hotel. I just hope that the elevator soon will be available (one of the staff told us). Also, kudos to the one who assisted us when we arrived. I wasn’t able to get his name but maybe he’s from HK Dept. I appreciated how he’s happy to help us eventhough we have to go down 200+ steps and go up as well. I think he was also one of the staffs who carried our things when we checked-out. :) For the resto, food was awesome and the staffs are easy to approach :) Overall, I will recommend it and surely will comeback, not just for leisure but for diving (as I’m planning to push Scuba soon). Went to The Farm for the very first time and I fall in love with them because of their Sound Healing activity with LJ Navera. Even our room has NO Hot shower, and even they did not fixed it at the end of the stay, I appreciate their place because of the sound bath of LJ. He is a true professional artist of his craft and having him there is really one of a kind experience The week after I recommend the farm to my friends who wanted to experience Sound Healing from LJ Navera but he isn't there anymore. I don't know what happened but seems like the farm removed this activity from their lists and it's really heartbreaking Without the sound Bath we just saw this farm as an overrated, overpriced place. If u want a massage get ready to pay minimum of 10K php. And BTW we still have the issue of no HOT Shower on our 2nd visit.
