"C'est un hôtel normal, la nourriture normale, les boissons normales, le Coca-Cola SANS GAZ... Première et dernière fois que nous séjournerons dans un complexe tout compris. Ce n'était pas ce que nous attendions, c'est pourquoi nous n'avons pas pris beaucoup de photos de l'hôtel non plus. Mais ce n'est pas mauvais, ce n'est pas bon non plus. Note 5/10."

Ce qui m'a moins convaincu était la qualité de la nourriture, la pire que prévu, et le service un peu lent. Plusieurs jours, ils n'ont pas rempli le minibar."

"L'hôtel est magnifique. La nourriture est excellente. Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre VIP et avons été assez déçus : elle était vétuste et sentait fortement l'humidité. Ni la télévision ni le jacuzzi ne fonctionnaient ; nous l'avons signalé, mais ils n'ont jamais réparé. Autre problème majeur : le service de réservation des restaurants est déplorable. Il faut absolument y remédier, car les files d'attente sont interminables. L'utilisation d'une application serait peut-être plus pratique."

"Came here for vacation at the wrong time of the year, there were not many people, and the overall feeling was very good. Although the building facilities are a bit old, they are still in good condition overall. The beach is so beautiful. All-inclusive (drinks, meals, snacks) on call, it feels great! The only regret is that the Japanese restaurant provided by the hotel is actually a Caribbean-style restaurant (not an authentic Japanese restaurant). As for the BUFFET or French restaurant, they are both good. There is also a LIVE SHOW at 9 o'clock every night, but it is a bit outdated. Overall, the vacation experience is very enjoyable!"

"[Hôtel privilégiant les profits à la santé des clients] Ma sœur a été hospitalisée la veille de notre réservation et n'a pas pu participer au voyage. Nous avons expliqué la situation à l'hôtel et fourni les justificatifs des soins médicaux qu'elle recevait, et demandé un remboursement. Malgré plusieurs tentatives de négociation et de demandes d'explications, l'hôtel a refusé toute considération et a encaissé l'intégralité du paiement. Le montant dû s'élevait à environ 500 $ par personne. Je ne séjournerai plus jamais dans un établissement du groupe Melia."

Costa Atlantica Punta Cana - Beach Vacation Condos

"We have stayed several times in a condo at Playa Turquesa and always looked at the Costa Atlantica condo's when we walked the beach. We finally booked it for 2 weeks (end Jan early Feb). We rented through GoPuntaCana. The condo (C302) was AMAZING !!!. Absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was very nice and there is a water cooler (not shown on the pictures). The beach had some occasional seaweed, but staff worked very hard to sweep it up and remove it. The water was nice and warm and there are no rocks or shells. We did groceries at Jumbo (taking an Uber) and if we needed only a few things we went to Cicollela (about a 7 min walk). The staff working at Costa Atlantica were extremely nice !!!. The complex is very safe. The grounds were very well kept and I was very happy with the beach palapa's for shade. We did experienced one issue during our stay, regarding the water supply. The first week we were there the water pressure was poor, however then suddenly there was no water at all. The building management was aware of the issue and acted immediately to try to resolve it and brought in a special company to fix it. So koodo's to them that they tried their best to fix it as soon as possible. Once fixed, we experienced no problems anymore. We were very happy that the complex was quiet, also at night. You do not hear music for the neighboring properties, which is a huge plus for us. We look very much forward to be back soon !!!."
