The location is perfect, being in close proximity to the airport and my destination in Balik Pulau. The front office staff and bell boy are exceptionally helpful. The rooms are well-maintained; however, an investment in higher-quality towels would enhance the overall experience, as the ones currently provided are lacking.

Booked last-minute after a flight cancellation – this 3-star airport hotel exceeded all expectations: - 🚗 Location Perfection: Just 5 mins from airport with free 24/7 airport transfer (lifesaver after car return!). - 👨👩👧👦 Family Heaven: Great fun pool with water slides kept kids ecstatic (rare for 3-star!). - 🛏️ Spacious, clean rooms – better than Georgetown’s 4-star we tried! Small Notes: - ❌ No in-room hairdryer. You can ask for it tho. M - ❌ Pool towels couldn’t be taken to rooms (kids got chilly!). **Verdict**: **Outshines pricier options** – would 100% rebook!

The hotel was clean, and the room was spacious. However, there was no hot water supply from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM that day. Even at 6:00 AM, I still couldn't get any hot water for a shower.

Best place to stay without any inconvenience and really comfy and the room is big as well.

Among the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Although it's a 3 star hotel, everything looks like a 4 @ 5 star. Spacious, clean and beautiful rooms. The service and hospitality provided is very good, from the reception counter, room service to others. The food here is also very delicious. The hotel's location is very close to Penang International Airport and also close to restaurants. I will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you to the hotel for providing a good memory of my stay. Hopefully good performance like this will always be maintained.

hotel ada pool friendly kids. for staycation 2 night is okay. kalau nak lama disini mybe akan boring sbb jauh dgn pantai n tiada kids club. breakfast okay sedap. walau harga hotel ni murah breakfast is superb compare the price. will come again

Pleasant Family Stay in Penang We stayed one night with family and had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for families with kids. The location is excellent, with many food options nearby. Even without the hotel breakfast, it was easy to find good local food in the area. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool, especially the mini water park with slides and a playground, although the pool area was a bit small. One downside was the lack of basic in-room amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste, shower cap, cotton buds, soap bar, and a hair dryer. Overall, a pleasant stay and a good option for families. Would stay again if basic essentials are improved.

A minor upgrade at the bathroom. Not sure all Raia hotel chain or only at Penang. Bottled soap same like other higher star hotel. And they changed the towel too using a thicker type now.

I regularly stay at Raia Inn Penang for my business trips. It’s affordable, spacious, and very comfortable. The big room feels like a house, which is great after a long day of work. Always a pleasant stay.

My choice of Penang Hotel to catch an early flight next day, convenient and nearby to PIA. Spacious room, quiet room, comfortable bed.

The location is convenient for those needing to catch an early flight, as it is close to the airport. The room is spacious, but the building is old and has only undergone partial renovations; the flooring is still quite dated. While the bedding is clean, the bath towels have an unpleasant smell. Additionally, the operator is not very responsive to phone calls, so I had to go to the front desk to request a hairdryer. There were also no toothbrushes or toothpaste provided.

Convenient location in Bayan Lepas for a business trip. Will come again!
