Premier Inn Glasgow (Bearsden)

Excellent service thanks to the staff on duty. The bed was so comfy, extra duvets and our bedroom was spacious. The dining room was tiny but very neat and had staff serving breakfast and it was nice. Nice food well cooked and presentable. Receptionist are always there to welcome you.

We stayed at the Bearsden Premier Inn before starting the West Highland Way. It's a lovely hotel, very comfortable. We had a spacious room with ensuite including a bath. Good self service breakfast. The Burnbrae Pub & Restaurant next door is very good for dinner. It's an easy walk, less than a mile, to the start of the West Highland Way (passing several shops to buy your sandwiches). Early check in cost £15. Our bags had to be ready for 8.00am for onward transfer (only if you're doing the West Highland Way)

Paris and morwenna have exceptional front of house skills that are second to none. I stay in many premier inns across the uk and These girls gave it the homely feel that I miss When I have to stay away from my family. They really are a credit to your group

Excellent Premier Inn at Bearsden. Great location for our trip as visiting our son. Staff so professional, friendly, warm and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is spotlessly clean, bright and airy. Our room was also spotless and had everything you needed. Nice coffee tea sugar milk tray, which you could replenish in reception, hairdryer, shower and hand gel, extra pillows, lots of plugs and lights - great bright light and mirror in bedroom to do your make-up, even a bottle opener. Shower very powerful and bed so comfortable. We had breakfast as well and great choice from the buffet of fruit, cereal, tea, coffee, juices, pastries and the chef cooks a lovely fresh and plentiful breakfast to your requirements. Plenty of parking. Overall would definitely recommend this Premier Inn.

We booked this Inn due to the close proximity to family members whom we wanted to spend quality time with. The Inn was within our price range and although the entrance area and some corridor areas look a little tired we found the room to be clean and tidy and the bed very comfortable with heating that could be adjusted to suit. The welcome pack in the room could be updated to include a decaffeinated choice and a small packet of biscuits per guest would have been appreciated after a long trip. The lovely young lady who welcomed us on arrival managed to find some biscuits - we felt she went above and beyond whenever we had contact with her also the lady she was training. Sadly this was not our experience with all reception staff. We booked for breakfast at the Inn and were looking forward to a Scottish breakfast (including Lorne sausages, potato scones and morning rolls) also a pan Scottish loaf for toasting sadly this was not available however the English breakfast and continental choices were tasty as was the porridge. We would stay here again due to the close proximity to family members and good transport links.

Staff were lovely, especially breakfast service. The chef was brilliant and service was prompt and welcoming. I stay at a lot of premier inns for work and this is by far one of the best!! 5* Room ideal for what’s needed, only addition would be extra plugs by bed
