C'était la première fois que je me trouvais dans un B&B en Chine et que j'étais accueilli par quatre ou cinq membres du personnel. N'oubliez pas que ce genre de courtoisie n'existait que sur certaines îles. J'ai appris plus tard que cet hôtel était le premier du genre à proposer des B&B, et ce n'est pas pour rien qu'il est considéré comme un hôtel haut de gamme. De nombreux aspects de cet hôtel s'inspirent des B&B internationaux en bord de mer, et beaucoup proposent même des spécialités originales ou locales, comme les transferts gratuits depuis et vers l'aéroport. Xu, qui nous a conduits à l'aéroport cette fois-ci. Son attitude et ses compétences de conduite étaient exceptionnelles. Ils avaient tous l'impression d'avoir suivi une formation professionnelle. Leur philosophie du service client était irréprochable.
