La réceptionniste était sympathique. Elle s'est montrée serviable et agréable à notre arrivée tard le soir. Je recommande cet hôtel car il est proche de nombreux restaurants.

Je viens de recevoir un e-mail très mécontent de mes collègues de Hong Kong concernant l'hôtel que j'ai réservé pour eux. Il est dans un état lamentable, sale et le personnel de service est très peu coopératif. Ils ne peuvent pas obtenir de remboursement flexible et n'ont d'autre choix que de rester là. C'est vraiment dommage.

The place is a walking distance of 15 mins near to Sanyanqiao metro Station- Beijing airport express rmb25 one way trip, line 12 and 10. First day the reception girl was nice enough to arrange for housekeeper to help out with the bags. The rooms are spacious with two beds split in different room, which is rather old and out of date. The city view of Soho from the room was amazing though. During the stay, we found there's dust on the floor, dead small insect on the bed, holes and hair on the bedsheets and small roach on kitchen counter and wall, kitchen stove not working, and dirty pots left unwashed ( which housekeeper help to clean but didn't leave any dish washing liquid or washing detergent). There's a bathtub with broken down TV, which we cover it up when shower in it. The bathtub is rather high when climbing out. Almost slip when climbing out. Last day the receptionist was nice to help with the many bags to the taxi.

During my recent hotel stay, I expected a clean and well-maintained room, but instead, the building and room felt outdated, though the charges were comparable to high-end hotels. The features and appliances were old and practically useless. They seemed more focused on collecting the deposit for amenities than providing a comfortable experience. The ambiance of the room and corridors made it feel more like 2004 than 2024.

It was one of the few places that we could find to stay for a group of friends. Close to Sanlitun Street, there are a lot of places to eat near the hotel.
