Bon emplacement, service de qualité. Belle vue depuis la fenêtre. Une sorte de mitigeur étrange dans la douche, il est difficile de régler l'eau chaude. Pas assez d'eau dans la chambre. Piscine agréable mais peu profonde. Il y a un sauna et un hammam. Les impressions globales de l'hôtel sont positives.

Je voyage à travers le monde pour mon travail et les hôtels Four Seasons ont toujours été mon premier choix. C'est la première fois que je séjourne à Pékin. L'expérience d'enregistrement cette fois-ci était toujours très bonne. L'hôtel a appelé l'hôtel un jour à l'avance pour me demander mes préférences. Après mon arrivée à l'hôtel, la réception était très prévenante et a surclassé la chambre. . Les collations salées pour le thé de l'après-midi sont super délicieuses. Il existe différents types de petit-déjeuner et la cuisine cantonaise Caiyixuan de Michelin + Black Pearl est également excellente. Les ingrédients sont frais et le goût est distinct. Quelques autres commentaires : C'est peut-être parce qu'il est ouvert depuis longtemps, que le jet d'eau du plafond de la salle de bain n'est pas bon et que le rideau électrique ne peut pas être fermé (je ne veux pas déranger le personnel en pleine la nuit). J'espère aussi renforcer le signal wifi, mais le débit Internet n'est pas bon. Mais malgré les défauts, ce fut quand même un excellent séjour. Je le recommanderais à mes parents et amis de séjourner à Pékin.

L'emplacement est très bon, sauf que le bar du hall de l'hôtel est un peu vieux. Tout le reste était bon, mais j'ai acheté quelques gâteaux et pains à la boulangerie pour manger sur la route. Les prix n'étaient pas bon marché, mais le goût était vraiment le pire pain et gâteau d'opéra que j'aie jamais goûté. Tout le reste est super, je reviendrai ici la prochaine fois.

We had such a great experience! Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and organized. Buffet dinner with drinks and breakfast. Everything was delicious and there was a wide variety. We will definitely be going back soon.

If you are looking for a true 5* experience, The four seasons Beijing is it! Right from the moment we arrived we were beyond impressed with the staff here. Beautiful English from every single staff member we came across and help where ever we went in the hotel. The staff here are truly what make this hotel special and have provided the best service we have seen in Beijing hotels so far. The room was beautiful and clean. I loved the full size bath and shower products and the little extra things like the head pillow for the bath. We loved the water in the little cardboard boxes and the large selection of coffee for the coffee machine. The bed was extremely comfortable and so was the lounge chair in the room. Everything felt like luxury right down to the bath robes. A cot was also supplied for our baby but he loved the beautiful big bed instead 😂 The pool is gorgeous and the service there was wonderful. Again the staff are just so amazing and friendly here and all seem to be so happy and love their jobs. This was the same at the beautiful breakfast which I highly recommend including in your room booking. The dinning room is stunning and a wonderful selection of food. We loved the fresh juice selections In the little glass bottles. I can not reccomend the four seasons enough and can not fault one single thing about this hotel. The way the staff look after you and your families, it is a true 5* experience .We are extremely happy and will be back again for sure and will be recommending to all of our friends. We are off to The intercontinental hotel now and they will have to be very impressive after staying here. Thank you for a wonderful stay four seasons.

What a gem of a hotel! Spent two nights at the hotel for my spouses birthday and I must say everything was excellent . Received a warm welcome by a lovely lady at the front desk who was extremely kind and friendly. The exceptional staff made it even more special for us. They upgraded our room and it was spacious, spotless, beyond comfortable and offered the most stunning views of the city. Our room was beautifully decorated and received 3 surprise cakes by the wonderful team☺️. Breakfast buffet had a variety of great choices. The hotel offered a number of top-notch facilities. It was quite an intimate experience for us. Highly recommend! Would definitely visit again!

Wow, this hotel was amazing, literally have no complaints. Comfortable bed and pillows, huge spacious room, big bath tub. Breakfast was incredible afternoon tea was amazing. There’s really nothing to complain about.
