Sale, vieux, service médiocre. Il y avait un serveur à la réception qui parlait avec un accent de Pékin et se faisait appeler Kevin. Sa communication et son service étaient extrêmement médiocres. Je ne sais pas s'il faisait partie de ces personnes qui ont commis la même erreur. J'ai séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels et appartements Marriott, mais c'est la première fois que je dois marchander pour remplir quelques bouteilles d'eau minérale.

Après être resté quelques jours, j'ai presque eu peur lorsque j'ai pris une douche le matin du dernier jour. Un cafard muté ? Un longicorne ? Je ne sais vraiment pas quoi dire d’une telle chose apparaissant dans un hôtel à ce prix.

Objectivement parlant, l'avantage est qu'il est pratique de faire des affaires près de Wangfujing, et le prix est relativement bon marché, environ 1 000 yuans. D'un point de vue objectif, cela n'en vaut pas la peine. Si vous vous souciez de l'environnement objectif, faites simplement un détour. Environnement objectif après avoir vécu pendant un certain temps : D'énormes cafards sortent souvent de tous les coins de la salle de bains de l'hôtel à minuit ou pendant la journée. Ce n’est pas aussi bien que l’appartement Lijun à Wangfujing, qui a un meilleur prix et de meilleures conditions et un meilleur environnement. Il y a beaucoup moins de personnel que dans d'autres hôtels et appartements. Cependant, certains des rares employés ont des tempéraments et des personnalités étranges, comme celle qui s'appelle Amanda. Au final, je ne pouvais pas le supporter car j'étais trop paresseux pour voir ce genre de serveur qui se prend pour le chef, n'est pas professionnel au travail et aime se disputer.

Enjoyed our stay at the premise . Location, room comfort, and room service are all good and breakfast is satisfactory, though the night reception needs to improve on customer service skills, except for one lady who was very helpful and decisive. She even came to my room to inform that we were given two days of complimentary breakfast. At the end of the stay, another lady came to check if we were satisfied with our stay. There are some minor problems with the room amenities that need to be fixed. It was a good stay overall.

Unfortunately, I had a rather disappointing experience with this hotel. Firstly, when I checked in, the girl was running and re-running my credit card to the point that my bank blocked the card. The bank contacted me to ask what was going on. I finally sorted this out and got to my room. There were used towels on the floor, and the room seemed not to have been cleaned properly. The food was good - better than other hotels I have visited in China. I f nd the staff rather rude and not interested in helping you. On the second day of my stay, I found an insect bite on my arm. I had been walking around and assumed I had been bitten outside. On my second overnight stay, two more bites appeared - all seemed the morning after I had been sleeping in bed. By the time it was time to check out, I had six insect bites, and they looked awful. I covered them up, checked out, and booked a taxi to the airport. I got back to my home safe and sound. My friend and colleague saw the bites on my arm and immediately informed me that they were bed bugs and that I had caught them from the hotel. I washed all my clothes, and my friend and I had some bug spray and sprayed all the contents that had been at the hotel. On reflection, I saw it my duty to inform the hotel of the infestation. I emailed them. Initially, they were polite and apologetic and offered me a free hotel room and breakfast. I was instructed to send images of my bites, which I did. I then received another email that apologised again; however, they only offered me a free breakfast, which I am extremely insulted by. All in all, this is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I would not advise going to this hotel. I can understand that hotels will get situations, but they did not seem to care about cleaning rooms or the welfare of their guests.

Amazing. Highly recommend. Great value for the size, 4 times the size of a regular hotel room. Would def rebook and stay at this Marriott in Beijing in the future. Fully equipped amenities and full kitchen. Housekeeping everyday and helped wash the dishes and offered to wash clothing, even though the suite has a washing machine, dish washing machine, stainless steel pots, etc. Only 3 mins walking distance to one of the best high-end malls, Wangfu Central 王府中環. My mother just had a hip-replacement surgery and has trouble walking in the snow or long distances, so location to everything was prime importance, this hotel was only 5-6 min walk to all the essential banks we needed to visit. Also, was hoping to take her to a few hot springs to relieve numbness and pain in her legs, but the bath tub in the spacious bathroom was so huge and comfortable we often stayed in to take turns soaking in the tub instead of going to the hot springs. Also, they had an indoor temperature controlled swimming pool, so we went swimming every other day, and used their gym. The swimming pool was empty and had 3 life guards guarding the swimming. All I can say is this apartment hotel is one of the best you can book in Beijing.

首先這價位，在王府井天安門邊上已經算可以的了，再來就是房間真的很大，大就讓我們帶老帶小的方便很多，立馬冰箱洗衣機微波爐設施齊全👍訂的是套房，但裏面設施吧確實不那麼新，佈局衹能説太浪費空間了，完全可以兩張床，但人家是公寓可能考慮更多的是長期的租客。然後早餐，衹能説能解決温飽但品種和口味真的不出彩，導致後面兩天都不想去了，但本着不浪費原則還是去了下。有一天趕早要去毛紀，餐廳還是非常理解給我們打包了。至於服務麼～就是客房打掃沒那麼細緻，但提什麼要求基本都能答應，特別是最後一天因為上海台風突然把高鐵取消了，致電前台麻煩延誤退房解決當下返程問題，也是非常爽氣的給我延了，大大的點贊吶！總之還是挺滿意的，下次來可能還是會選這家🏨

很滿意，很舒適，續租了一週，樂不思蜀啦！ 房間很大，床很舒適，一家人住足夠，休息區和功能區是分開的，燈控和空調控也是分開的，這樣很合理。 廚房廚具和碗盤很全，洗衣機帶烘乾，冰箱特別大。 地理位置超棒，打車地鐵都方便，外賣也方便配送。二樓的自助餐很豐盛，很好吃。 每天晚上回來，長者休息，大人泡澡，孩子學習各有專屬區域，屏風拉上互不打擾。 七樓阿姨很熱情，很暖心。 下次還會來，住這裡有家的感覺！
