Shenzhen Hotel

Nous avons dû rester ici quand notre train a continué à être annulé. C'est une distance proche de la gare de Pékin Ouest. L'hôtel était assez agréable pour nous permettre de nous enregistrer un peu plus tôt que l'heure prévue. Nous pouvions attendre notre chambre dans le café/restaurant du rez-de-chaussée, ce qui était pratique. Chambre de très bonne taille, beaucoup d'espace. Grand hôtel qui accueille également des conférences.

5days 4nights. Utk keselesaan Ok tapi kebersihan kurang. Carpet ada tompok2 hitam. Mosaic tercabut sana sini. Toiletries tak topup. Kne call mintak.begitu juga air mineral. Bleh je minum air mineral yg disediakn dlm botol sederhana tapi kena byr 15yuan ye. Mnum la air mineral yg botol kecik tu then mintak lg botol kecik.dorg bg free je. Towel korg basahkn sikit supaya dorg ni tukar baru. Bathrobe,cadar mmg tidak bertukar ye. Byk la kekurgn dri segi housekeeping ni. Dari segi attraction place boleh dikatakan dekat jugak. Klau naik teksi ke Tiananmen around 30yuan. Ke beijing south railway dlm 23yuan. Ke hutong lane mahal around 50yuan. Ke nui jie street around 20yuan. Lagi senang naik bas tapi klau dengan family better naik Teksi or DiDi. Make sure alipay activated utk transportation & wechat pay in rmb. Bas station dpn hotel je. Breakfast not muslim friendly ye sb ada pork & lard. Receptionist tak boleh berkomunikasi dalam english. Tapi mereka akan cuba bantu dengan translate using phone.

On the whole, it’s a good choice if you want an average price and a decent hotel room. It’s not far from the palace museum, the bazar and the important spots. The staff are ok but still could be more friendly. I wanted my room to be exactly the same as the one in the photos , so it took me a long conversation to get one. There is a pool that I didn’t use but could be fun. They take 300 yuans for deposit. The water provided for the room is only one small bottle and if you want more you have to pay for it. If you order food , you need to come downstairs to pick it up. When I was out, they cleaned up and put tissues and a small bottle of water but didn’t put new slippers, shampoo or body wash. There was no tooth brush or toothpaste. The floor has a carpet which is not so clean on the corners but the corridor , the bed, the table and the toilet were really clean. It would be better if the room had more lights/stronger lights as for me personally it was a bit dark. The shower was really good but the sink in the bathroom gets too full immediately when the water tap is on which won’t be the case for all the rooms. It wasn’t noisy . All in all, it was a good stay.

The location is good, but the subway is about 800 mtrs. It's quite clean and Big hotel but there is no proper service,the front desk is only trainees, very indifferent and we can't get any tourist guidance, the lobby I big but no place for the guests to sit, when I asked the front desk they said they are new and don't know. We had to sit in 2 small chairs available in a corner. When we requested for coffee instead of tea it was not provided. It's very difficult for foreigner if the staff is not helpful.

Check in was strange. I had arrived a day earlier than my reservation. So they had me sit down, right in front of 4 people at the front counter, and I sat for about 30-45 minutes where I thought they were making me a reservation, but I wondered what was taking so long. Finally after all that time, it was communicated that they thought I was making the reservation. Which took about a minute. The room was average. Breakfast was amazing. It was a ways from the subway and from downtown and from most things, you definitely had to take a Didi. Most things were closed for Chinese New Year - the beer bar on site, a coffee shop, the pool was closed most of my stay. They do not speak English but can translate.

It’s beautiful big clean hotel. Lobby hasn’t enough relaxing seats during check in.Service was good,but I wasn’t expect they charge deposit for prepaid room . Also I paid 15 ¥ for big bottle of water which was in my room bar . Even though, they serve us bottles of water when we came back for luggage , they have storage service. I love that swimming pool located 5th floor. Very clean shower room . Pool water was little bit cold .

The hotel is located in an area where there's no restaurant and not many life at night. The first subway station is far from the hotel. I wouldn't recommend the location to tourists. It's a pity the staff doesn't speak English for the price we paid. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

This is my second time I stayed in Shenzhen Hotel and as usual their Staff members were very helpful with everything I needed. The rooms are nice and spacious, clean and neat!

前台服務一般般，反應比較慢，同樣一個問題要問三遍。感覺沒有很用心，心不在焉，然後不夠利索，做事有點拖沓。房間衞生一般。
