假期結束了，上班無意間想起了假期出行的那幾天，突然想給酒店寫一條點評。很幸運的選擇了一家對的酒店，酒店工作人員服務特別好，辦入住的時候給我倒水拿行李，特別熱心。一直有句話説不到長城非好漢，趁着假期的空我終於來到北京，來到心心念唸的長城，在暴走四小時後，雙腳磨出的水泡讓我深刻體會到"行路難"的滋味。晚上拖着彆扭的步伐回到酒店時，沒想到會在這裏收穫如此温暖的關懷。
當時注意到我的是一位身着便裝的小夥子。後來知道是已經下班的工作人員，他特意停下腳步詢問是否需要幫助。雖然當時婉拒了建議，但是大概在15分鐘後我的房門被敲響，原來是小夥安排前台給我送來一些物資，裡邊有碘伏棉簽、醫用冰袋和一雙棉襪，摸着質感柔軟的棉襪，突然領略到亞朵的頂級服務。
更讓我感動的是退房當天的時候。小夥子早已在前台備好拖鞋，準備了水。還貼心提醒："回去路上穿這個會舒服點"。真的是非常感謝。在這裏，從大堂的迎客茶，到退房遞到手裡的瓶裝水，再到員工自然流露的關切，處處能感受到經營者的用心。這趟出行讓我覺得我住的不僅僅是一個落腳處，更像是我在外的第二個家。以後出行亞朵就是首選，也要讓我的朋友們都來住亞朵

北京望京科技園亞朵酒店位於望京核心區，離望京地鐵站比較近，周邊科技企業聚集，商務出行便利。酒店設計比較簡約現代，客房寬敞明亮，床品舒適，環境乾淨整潔，服務整體都比較好，不過感覺酒店通病就是隔音比較差，一大早外面走來走去的聲音就比較響，被吵醒了，不能睡懶覺。

住過最好的服務的亞朵，常年出差，不是亞朵就是全季，這家酒店就在我們北京公司邊上，這次是第三次入住，本次體驗感受完全不一樣，比任何一家服務都好，前台的小哥妹妹都很Nice，辦入住的時候送到電梯口，吃早餐會提醒幫存行李，晚上要求換床單沒有黑臉，離開的時候提醒送水，餐廳服務也是感受到了温暖感受到了温暖，煮麪條大家一直都滿臉笑容，看我牛肉麪不要牛肉還好心問我來不來牛肉，住了四天每天早晨都有鹹鴨蛋，最後一天看到沒有鹹鴨蛋突然沒有食慾，隨便問了一句餐廳的姐姐居然就給我拿了一個出來，這要是在別的酒店就會告訴你一句不好意思今天沒有。

就在昨晚 加班的有點太投入了，就忘了我點外賣的事情，我打開手機沒想到外賣顯示已經送達了，並且已經過了半個多小時了，我去到前台打開外賣的瞬間看見我點的麪已經沒辦法吃了，本來加班就讓人很是煩躁這件事更是點燃了我心中的怒火，撥打了外賣員電話説了很多不好聽的話，外賣員一聲不吭，我就更來氣了，掛了電話就要在平台投訴時，前台的小姑娘飛奔過來安慰我並跟我解釋外賣小哥是聾啞人所以沒有給您打電話，發了訊息，因為我的名字都是亂寫的手機號也被隱藏沒辦法查找，所以不知道我是哪個房間號就沒有給我送，一直在替外賣小哥説話，不讓我投訴，但是小姑娘跟我講完之後，我很是愧疚，還沒等我再次説話小姑娘就讓我回房間稍等一下，餐廳已經在您煮麪拉，馬上就好呢，沒過多久熱騰騰的麪送到了房間，那一刻，疲憊與煩躁瞬間被温暖驅散。，第一次發生這種事情，來自於不同城市的陌生人，被這個小姑娘的善良打動，雖然也給外賣員回了電話道了歉，本是一次意外的“外賣事故”，卻在亞朵收穫了遠超預期的貼心服務。每一個細節都讓人倍感安心。在亞朵酒店，他們總能把生活的小插曲，變成值得珍藏的美好回憶！強烈推薦給我身邊的朋友我還會再次來的

這家酒店真心不錯，從前台的工作人員的熱情招呼，進門還有茶水喝，房間的環境也很好，房間非常乾淨，也是給我們做了免費升級，房間的枕頭和床睡的都很舒服，房間住的很舒適，整晚睡的都很好，電視還可以投屏使用，地理位置也很好，出行都很方便，工作人員也是有應必達，效率高，還有免費的洗衣房可以洗衣服真心不錯，辦理退房也很快，還送我們水，這家酒店真的很好，非常滿意的一次住宿。
