Le bus de l'hôtel est super pratique, il sera livré directement à Universal Studios, l'hôtel est très propre et la livraison par robot est également pratique

Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, propres et hygiéniques. Les détails des tons violets de la chambre sont encore plus relaxants. J'ai demandé au personnel du bar du sucre candi à tremper dans les 2 sachets de thé parfumé de la chambre. L'expérience est inégalée. La température de l'eau du bain est convenable et la pression de l'eau est excellente.Vous pouvez vous connecter au bluetooth pendant le bain En écoutant votre musique préférée et les produits de bain de Lifeng, je recommanderais celui-ci, il est vraiment utile et il est également vendu à la réception. Les serviettes étaient propres, douces et confortables. Masques pour les yeux, bouchons d'oreille, rasoirs et autres articles peuvent également être récupérés gratuitement à la réception. Il y a aussi des distributeurs automatiques dans le hall, avec des collations et des boissons. L'hôtel peut également fournir un parking gratuit. Le plus important est qu'il y ait une navette depuis Universal. C'est trop pratique. Je le recommande vraiment à des amis.

the window in the room was dirty and not cleaned and the carpet was dirty

The room was smaller than what i expected from the picture. I guess it's a budget hotel after all. Sheets and room smells a bit but nothing too unbearable. The front desk does not really speak english but communicable with baidu. Yes, they have a shuttle to universal but the bus conductor only spoke chinese and not really helpful. Wasnt sure on how to get back to the hotel so just took taxi hailing from the parking lot.

It's close to the universal studios and convenient with the shuttle bus. Room is comfortable and clean. Staff was polite and helped us with take out order.

PERFECT FOR UNIVERSAL STUDIOS VISITORS The Lavande Hotel is great for people who intend on going to Universal Studios. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well kept. PRO TIP: to turn off the beside lamps, you need to push the actual lamp shades (it’s not clear at all but eventually figured it out). The staff there are really friendly, especially the gentleman who works on the night shift who is very courteous even the security guard. The breakfast buffet is 38rmb per person and starts at 7am. The breakfast buffet, however, is just Chinese food. There is no coffee. There is a shuttle bus at 8am to the Universal Studios Theme Park, however, I arrived at 7:50am and it was already full. Not to worry though, because it’s only a 10mins DiDi Trip to Universal Studios Theme Park. I will definitely go back to Universal Studios hence I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Do note that it’s quite far out from airports and railways. It took me 45mins in a taxi from Capital Airport. However, the plus is that it’s close and convenient to Universal. Overall, a pleasant experience at this hotel. Definitely well worth their online rating.
