Atour Hotel Beijing Guomao CBD Huamao Center

La chambre n'était pas grande, mais très propre. Le lit de la chambre avec lit king-size était assez grand et confortable. Le service était excellent et attentionné. La livraison du colis a été très facile ; le livreur a fait preuve d'une grande patience pour nous aider à le trouver. Le matin, alors que j'étais en excursion avec mon enfant, l'hôtel nous a même offert le petit-déjeuner, ce qui était très gentil de leur part. L'emplacement est idéal : tout près du métro, il est pratique pour accéder aux principales attractions. On trouve également de nombreux bons restaurants à proximité. J'avais prévu d'aller au SKP pour le réveillon du Nouvel An, mais j'étais trop fatiguée après une longue journée de shopping, alors j'ai finalement dîné au Ziguangyuan.

This is my favorite hotel I came here everytime I come to Beijing

I love Atour hotels. During my 2 week trip we have spent time in 3 different Atour hotels and unfortunately this one was not on par with the other ones. While the service was amazing as always and the amenities like the laundry room were as expected we did feel a bit surprised by how old the rooms felt. It's very clear that this hotel was once very nice, this however isn't the case any more. We stayed here during the winter and could feel the could air seeping into our rooms through the windows. Heating the rooms using the old air conditioning system introduced heavy air into the room they was not able to compete with the coldness, even worse, at random times the warm air just stopped and the room got completely cold. The sink, shower and especially the toilet are all showing their ages as well. The location of the hotel is close to downtown Beijing which is amazing, however the hotel is situated on a very busy street. During working days there are very heavy traffic jams and the nearest subway station is a 15 minute walk. The breakfast is quite small and the sitting area is not that big either. It's situated outside of the hotel (same building) in an adjacent restaurant. There are also two elevators that seem anything but safe (electrical shocks when pressing the buttons) that are serving all of the floors, so expect long waiting times for the elevator during peak times. I still love Atour, they are amazing, just for a stay in Beijing I would recommend a different Atour than this one. There are plenty of other ootions.
