Avis : One Color Apartment (Beijing Renmin University Store)

The room is very clean and spacious. It’s right above the shopping mall and you can access the mall from the ground floor. The bathroom and kitchen are clean too. The location is right above line 10 and 4 interchange and there are many buses close to the hotel just outside the mall. However, the room smelled like cigarettes and was uncomfortable to breathe in and when i woke up, i had dry and irritated nose and throat. Even with the air filter on, in the room, the room still smelled like smoke. I also bought 2 air fresheners but the smell was bad.

This is my 3rd time visiting this place. The room is good and the host is very responsive. I would love to stay in that placte again

This place has potential. But I had problems. First, it was impossible to find as there is no reception desk. I had to ask Chinese residents of the building to help me to contact the management. Once I had a WeChat connection, that was not a problem. The room had all of the essentials. But it was minimally furnished and lacked some basic items. For example, while there is a kitchen with a cooktop, pots and pans, but there were only two small bowls and one spoon in the apartment. There was no cup or mug for drinking tea of coffee! There was no dish detergent or towel for cleaning up. There was a washing machine and detergent was provided. I washed some clothes and used the drying rack provided. The location is great as it is just outside exit A2 of the Haidian Huangzhuang subway station.

Awesome experience. Very close to subway. There is a nearby mall. Very convenient location. Owner is very accommodating. Highly recommend

Great location right by the subway. A bit hard to find but someone came down to show me. Lovely studio apartment with excellent projector screen with a fantastic selection of old movies.

怎麼説呢，其實當時看圖片還是挺驚艷的，感覺還不錯，就下單了，但是實地看後我的心情是低落的，低落的原因並不是説環境不好，環境其實還行，讓我無法忍受的是一進屋子，感覺自己就像進了大巴車一樣，一模一樣的味道，一股子陳年煙味，彌散在整個房間，我起初以為是上個客人抽煙沒透風導致的，信誓旦旦的通風了4小時，下去吃了個飯溜達了會，上來那股大巴車的味道依舊濃烈，我整個人是崩潰的你知道嗎！整個晚上的體驗就彷彿我睡在一輛滿是煙味的大巴車上！

房間很好 裝修不錯 很安靜

房間和圖片一致，位置挺好的，就在中關村，樓下就是商場，吃的很方便，外賣也方便，去頤和園，圓明園，清華，北大都很近，打車20元以內，但是去天安門廣場有點遠地鐵40分鐘

房間非常滿意，我們從8號夜裡入住，已經續租到27號，房間裏有洗衣機，非常方便。樓下就是購物中心，地下二層和樓上四層有很多餐廳，所以很容易就解決了吃飯問題。而且購物中心的地下二層直通地鐵四號線和十號線，出行也極其便利。孩子被蚊子咬了，皮膚有些發炎，公寓樓下對面就是海淀醫院。另外走路兩個路口就是微軟大廈，去上班也是步行就到了。這個位置實在太方便了，下次還會選這裏。

首先衞生差，入住時房間床單上有頭髮，找保潔要新床單，保潔來了態度特別差，説都是新換的，有頭髮她也掉頭髮就走了……衞生間，看圖，巨臟，浴缸底下，門簾，全是黴點，門後還有上一波客人用過的浴巾…面積小，設計不合理，鏡子在洗手池側面。保潔態度差，快到時給她打電話想問問怎麼走，她一句“到一層再給我打電話”就掛了，到了一層電梯給她電話，她説馬上下來，結果等了10多分鐘，在打電話，她又説在電梯裏了，結果又等了3分鐘。退房時我把電梯卡放桌子上了，拍了照片給前台，結果這個保潔説沒有，我打電話問保潔，她東扯西扯，一會説不確定她進來之前有沒有其他人進來過，一會説再找找，一會又説房間密碼可能有別人知道！可怕！

孩子在北大附中參加高考，步行不到六分鐘。公寓管理嚴謹正規。房間設施和表述及圖片一致。業主很好。知道我們參加高考，同意延長到下午兩點退房。來年有在北大附中考試的學生及家長，可以選擇這家酒店入住。

比較有特點的是有投影儀 客房服務不是很專業 不和管家説就不會打掃 衞生間洗澡水壓很小 而且酒店沒有前台 床睡的倒是比較舒服

位置優越，交通便利，就是房間空調噪音大點制暖不太好

孩子高考前夕定的，確實是很不錯的酒店公寓，周邊設施齊全，出行很方便的，離北大附中和人大附中都很近
